Abstract

Kecelakaan kerja merupakan suatu kejadian yang tidak dapat diprediksi dan diduga sebelumnya, karena terjadi secara tiba-tiba. Penyebab kecelakaan bisa bermacam-macam, bisa karena ulah manusia dan bisa juga karena kesalahan teknis berupa kesalahan sistem. 0leh karena itu menghindari kecelakaan merupakan suatu tindakan yang sangat penting dan tidak dapat diabaikan. Karena hal tersebut bisa menyangkut keselamatan nyawa seseorang serta keselamatan lingkungan. Kecelakaan kerja bisa berakibat pada kematian, dan secara luas bisa menyebabkan kerugian di perusahaan baik karena kehilangan tenaga kerja ataupun karena produktivitas ikut menurun akibat kecelakaan tersebut. 0leh karenanya program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja harus menjadi perhatian utama dalam semua sektor industri. PT.Dok & Perkapalan Surabaya adalah sebuah perusahaan pembuat kapal. Proses pembuatan kapal ini memiliki resiko besar apabila dilakukan tidak sesuai dengan standar (SOP). Pada penelitian ini akan diukur seberapa tinggi tingkat penerapan K3 di PT.Dok serta menganalisa bahaya kerja yang mungkin terjadi (hazard identification) kemudian dilakukan perangkingan hazard dengan menggunakan risk assessment untuk selanjutnya ditentukan bagaimana tindakan prefentif dan korektifnya terhadap hazards utama untuk mengurangi resiko terjadinya kecelakaan kerja

A work accident is an event that cannot be predicted or anticipated, because it occurs suddenly. The causes of accidents can vary, including human error and technical errors in the form of system errors. Therefore, avoiding accidents is a very important action and cannot be ignored. This is because it can affect the safety of a person's life and the safety of the environment. Work accidents can result in death and can cause widespread losses to the company, both due to the loss of labor and due to decreased productivity due to the accident. Therefore, Occupational Safety and Health programs must be a primary concern in all industrial sectors. PT.Dok & Perkapalan Surabaya is a shipbuilding company. The shipbuilding process carries significant risks if carried out not in accordance with standards (SOP). In this study, the level of K3 implementation at PT.Dok will be measured and the hazards that may occur will be analyzed (hazard identification). Then, hazard ranking will be carried out using risk assessment to determine preventive and corrective actions against the main hazards to reduce the risk of work accidents
