Abstract

Awal tahun 2022, total kumulatif nasional kasus positif Covid-19 menjadi 5.197.505 orang. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpukan bahwa layanan kesehatan yang dimiliki Indonesia masih terbilang terbatas dan kurang efektif apabila hanya mengandalkan pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit. Di waktu yang sama pemerintah sedang berusaha mencapai SDGS nomor 3 tentang kesehatan yang baik dan Visi Indonesia 2045 tentang peningkatan derajat kesehatan dan kualitas hidup rakyat. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan layanan kesehatan yang optimal. Salah satu solusi yang ingin diterapkan pemerintah adalah digitalisasi layanan kesehatan. Salah satu fasilitas layanan kesehatan adalah puskesmas, namun pelayanan kesehatan di beberapa puskesmas masih kurang lengkap salah satunya adanya dokter spesialis. Puskesmas Dukun Gresik merupakan salah satu puskesmas yang memiliki pelayanan kesehatan cukup lengkap, namun hanya memiliki dokter umum dan tenaga kesehatan seperti puskesmas pada umumnya. Oleh karena itu penulis memilih Puskesmas Dukun sebagai objek desain. Sebelum melakukan desain, penulis akan melakukan riset data. Riset yang dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi, kuesioner, wawancara, dan studi pustaka untuk pengumpulan data. Data yang didapatkan akan diolah dan digunakan sebagai dasar dalam melakukan desain. Telemedicine adalah salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi digital pada layanan kesehatan yang dihimbau oleh pemerintah. Apabila telemedicine yang terintegrasi diterapkan di Puskesmas Dukun Gresik, maka akan mempermudah optimalisasi pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat Dukun. Optimalisasi pada Puskesmas dapat dicapai melalui layanan yang efisien, informatif, dan edukatif.

In this year of 2022, the national positive confirmed cases of Covid-19 it reaches a total 5,197,505 people. Meanwhile, health services owned by Indonesia are still limited and less effective if only rely on hospital health services. At the same time, the government is trying to achieve the SDGs goal 3, it is explained that the thing to be achieved is good health and well-being and Indonesia's Vision 2045 contained in the vision of improving health and quality of life of the people. Therefore, best health services are needed. One of the solutions that the government wants to implement is the digitization of health services. Puskesmas is one of the health services however, health services in several Puskesmas are still incomplete, one of which is the existence of specialist doctors. Dukun’s Puskesmas is one of the inpatient health centers that has complete health services in Gresik regency. However, like the other Puskesmas, Dukun’s Puskesmas only has general doctors and health workers like Puskesmas in general. Therefore, the author chose this Puskesmas as the design object. Before doing the design, the author will do data research. The research was conducted using observation methods, questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies for data collection. The data obtained will be processed and used as a basis for conducting the design. Telemedicine is one of the uses of digital technology in health services urged by the government. If the integrated telemedicine is applied at the Puskesmas Dukun Gresik, it will optimize health services for the Dukun’s community. This optimization at Puskesmas can be achieved through efficient, informative, and educational.
