Abstract
Pada kehidupan yang modern saat ini, shopping terutama dibidang fashion menjadi salah satu kegiatan wajib yang dilakukan baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, kesenangan pribadi atau bahkan tuntutan prestisitas. Saat ini perkembangan bisnis local brand fashion sangat populer dan sangat menjamur di Indonesia dimana sasaran konsumen adalah generasi muda dan tidak menutup kemungkinan semua usia. Fashion sendiri sudah menjadi trend masa kini yang cukup meluas, dengan macam-macam kreatifitas yang berbeda-beda. Di Indonesia, tepatnya di Kota Surabaya. Merupakan kota kedua terbesar di Indonesia selain Jakarta. Kota Surabaya cukup di bilang memiliki ciri khas budaya dalam bidang Fashion. Tidak hanya di bidang Fashion Kota Surabaya juga memiliki keahlian seperti Handi Craft, merupakan kesenian kerajinan tangan dalam berkarya. Surabaya juga memiliki kerajinan Tangan Sendiri yang menjadikan Produk Unggulan di Kota Surabaya, yaitu Kampung Paving dan Kampung Bordir. Mirota Craft Center Surabaya merupakan salah satu Fashion Store produk lokal seperti pakaian, tas, sepatu, batik, dan lain sebagainya. Dengan desain- desain yang menarik dan up to date, banyak masyarakat yang tertarik untuk berbelanja di salah satu fashion store tersebut. Selain dengan harganya yang cukup ramah di kantong, Mirota sudah memiliki beberapa outlet lain selain di Surabaya. Sehingga, fashion store tersebut bisa menjadi salah satu sarana untuk mengembangkan produk lokal melalui branding yang menarik dan interior yang nyaman, unik, serta modern. Penerapan protocol kesehatan yang tepat dan memadai menjadi hal yang penting untuk saat-saat ini. Maka dari itu, penulis ingin menciptakan desain interior yang modern bagi masyarakat milenial di berbagai kalangan usia dan menerapkan protocol kesehatan yang tepat namun tetap memberikan kenyamanan masyarakat untuk berbelanja serta dapat menjadi sarana branding dan mengembangkan produk lokal yang menarik.

In today's modern life, shopping, especially in the field of fashion, is one of the mandatory activities carried out both to meet the needs of life, personal pleasure or even the demands of prestige. Currently, the development of the local fashion brand business is very popular and very mushrooming in Indonesia where the target consumer is the younger generation and does not rule out all ages. Fashion itself has become a trend nowadays which is quite widespread, with different kinds of creativity. In Indonesia, to be precise in the city of Surabaya. It is the second largest city in Indonesia besides Jakarta. The city of Surabaya is quite said to have cultural characteristics in the field of fashion. Not only in the field of Fashion, the City of Surabaya also has expertise such as Handi Craft, which is the art of handicrafts in work. Surabaya also has its own handicrafts that make superior products in the city of Surabaya, namely Paving Village and Embroidery Village. Mirota Craft Center Surabaya are one of fashion stores for local products such as clothes, bags, shoes, batik, and so on. With attractive and up to date designs, many people are interested in shopping at one of these fashion stores. Apart from the prices which are quite pocket-friendly, Mirota already have several outlets other than in Surabaya. Thus, the fashion stores can be a means to develop local products through attractive branding and comfortable, unique, and modern interiors. The application of proper and adequate health protocols is important at this time. Therefore, the author wants to create a modern interior design for millennials of all ages and apply the right health protocols but still provide convenience for the public to shop and can be a means of branding and developing attractive local products.
