Abstract
Bandara Internasional Juanda merupakan bandara yang terletak di Surabaya, Jawa Timur. Bandara Internasional Juanda memiliki rute penerbangan domestik dan internasional, antara lain rule Surabaya - Jakarta dan Surabaya - Denpasar. Jakarta merupakan pusat perekonomian dan pusat pemerintahan Indonesia. Denpasar sebagai kota wisata. Rendah atau tingginya mobilitas penerbangan terlihat pada sedikit atau banyaknya penerbangan yang menuju rute tersebut. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu evaluasi dan analisa untuk mengetahui tingkat keterisian kursi penumpang (load factor) pada rule Surabaya -Jakarta dan Surabaya - Denpasar. Load factor adalah perhitungan yang memperlihatkan tingkat produksi atau kapasitas perusahaan penerbangan dalam pengoperasian armadanya. Perhitungan load factor didapatkan dari jumlah penumpang dibagi dengan kapasitas yang tersedia. Berdasarkan perhitungan Load factor didapatkan load factor pada rule Surabaya -Jakarta tahun 2007 = 72%, 2008 = 74%, 2009 = 75% dan rule Surabaya- Denpasar tahun 2007 = 60%, 2008 = 65%, 2009 = 700AJ. Setelah menghitung Load factor kemudian menganalisa forecasting pada tahun 2014 dan 2024. Untuk tahun 2014 didapatkan Load factor rule Surabaya-jakarta sebesar 87 % untuk rute Surabaya - Denpasar sebesar 79 % kemudian pada tahun 2024 Load factor rute Surabaya-jakarta sebesar 114 % untuk rute Surabaya - Denpasar sebesar 100 %

Juanda International Airport is an airport located in Surabaya, East Java. Juanda International Airport has domestic and international flight routes, including the Surabaya - Jakarta and Surabaya - Denpasar rules. Jakarta is the center of the economy and the center of government of Indonesia. Denpasar is a tourist city. Low or high flight mobility is seen in the number of flights to that route. For this reason, an evaluation and analysis are needed to determine the level of passenger seat occupancy (load factor) on the Surabaya - Jakarta and Surabaya - Denpasar rules. Load factor is a calculation that shows the level of production or capacity of an airline company in operating its fleet. The load factor calculation is obtained from the number of passengers divided by the available capacity. Based on the load factor calculation, the load factor for the Surabaya - Jakarta rule in 2007 = 72%, 2008 = 74%, 2009 = 75% and the Surabaya - Denpasar rule in 2007 = 60%, 2008 = 65%, 2009 = 700AJ. After calculating the Load factor, then analyzing the forecasting in 2014 and 2024. For 2014, the Surabaya-Jakarta Load factor rule was 87% for the Surabaya-Denpasar route of 79% then in 2024 the Surabaya-Jakarta route Load factor was 114% for the Surabaya-Denpasar route of 100%
