Abstract

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 3 adalah Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang memiliki peran dalam operasional pelabuhan. Departemen Teknologi Informasi (TI) di perusahaan ini bertanggung jawab dalam menjamin layanan TI, namun sering kali terdapat kendala dalam pelaporan kinerja bulanan. Saat ini, pengolahan ribuan data tiket Incident dan Request masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel). Proses ini dinilai tidak efisien karena membutuhkan waktu lama untuk pembersihan data, rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia, serta repetisi pembuatan visualisasi yang sama setiap periodenya. Laporan Kerja Praktik ini membahas pengembangan SLA Analytics & Handling Dashboard untuk mengotomatisasi proses pelaporan tersebut. Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Python dengan pustaka Pandas untuk manipulasi data dan kerangka kerja (framework) Streamlit untuk antarmuka interaktif. Sistem dirancang dengan kemampuan memetakan target durasi pengerjaan secara otomatis berdasarkan matriks Business Criticality dan Severity. Terdapat berbagai fitur seperti kalkulasi persentase kepatuhan Service Level Agreement (SLA) untuk tiket permintaan (Request Item), analisis dampak keterlambatan untuk tiket insiden (Incident), serta General Summary untuk memantau tren kinerja layanan antar periode (2-12 bulan). Hasil implementasi ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu menggantikan proses manual, mempercepat waktu penyusunan laporan kinerja IT, dan menyajikan visualisasi data yang interaktif. Dasbor ini dapat membantu manajemen dalam mengidentifikasi layanan dengan performa terendah (bottleneck) secara akurat untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang strategis.

PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 3 is a State-Owned Enterprise responsible for port operations. The Information Technology (IT) Department within the company is tasked with ensuring IT service delivery; however, it frequently encounters challenges in monthly performance reporting. Currently, the processing of thousands of Incident and Request ticket data is performed manually using spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel). This process is considered inefficient due to the significant time required for data cleaning, susceptibility to human error, and the repetitive creation of identical visualizations for each period. This Internship Report discusses the development of the SLA Analytics & Handling Dashboard to automate the reporting process. The application is built using the Python programming language, utilizing the Pandas library for data manipulation and the Streamlit framework for the interactive user interface. The system is designed to automatically map target resolution durations based on the Business Criticality and Severity matrix. Key features include the calculation of Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance percentages for Request Item tickets, delay impact analysis for Incident tickets, and a General Summary to monitor service performance trends across periods (2–12 months). Implementation results demonstrate that the application successfully replaces manual processes, accelerates the compilation of IT performance reports, and presents interactive data visualizations. This dashboard assists management in accurately identifying underperforming services (bottlenecks) to support strategic decision-making.
