Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan performa dan skalabilitas Sistem Penerimaan Murid Baru (SPMB) SMA Jawa Timur dalam menangani beban akses tinggi, dilakukan migrasi sistem backend dari Laravel ke Golang. Kerja praktik ini berfokus pada implementasi ulang Modul Analitik dan Modul Rapor pada sisi kantor menggunakan framework Gin, GORM, dan basis data MariaDB dengan pendekatan Clean Architecture. Proses migrasi mencakup pembuatan layanan sinkronisasi data statistik, endpoint analitik, migrasi logika kalkulasi nilai rapor siswa dan fitur ekspor-impor Excel. Hasil pengujian dan evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis Golang berhasil mereplikasi seluruh fungsionalitas dengan presisi serta menghasilkan sistem yang lebih efisien dan andal untuk mendukung kebutuhan pendaftaran.

To improve the performance and scalability of the East Java High School New Student Admission System (SPMB) in handling high access loads, the backend system was migrated from Laravel to Golang. This practical work focused on reimplementing the Analytics Module and Report Module on the office side using the Gin framework, GORM, and MariaDB database with a Clean Architecture approach. The migration process included the creation of a statistical data synchronization service, analytics endpoints, migration of student report card calculation logic, and Excel export-import features. Testing and evaluation results showed that the Golang-based system successfully replicated all functionalities with precision and produced a more efficient and reliable system to support registration needs.
