Abstract
Efisiensi dan akurasi dalam pemantauan evaluasi Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) merupakan aspek vital bagi Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Tuban untuk menjamin pemenuhan hak anak di satuan pendidikan. Namun, proses evaluasi yang berjalan saat ini masih menghadapi kendala signifikan akibat metode pendataan manual yang terfragmentasi pada spreadsheet terpisah antara jenjang SD dan SMP. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan lambatnya proses rekapitulasi, kesulitan dalam analisis komparatif, serta terbatasnya akses informasi bagi sekolah. Kerja Praktik ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mengembangkan sistem informasi monitoring terintegrasi menggunakan pendekatan Low-Code Development Platform (LCDP) berbasis ekosistem Google Workspace. Sistem dibangun di atas arsitektur serverless yang mengintegrasikan Google Sites sebagai portal pusat, Google Forms sebagai antarmuka input data, dan Google Sheets sebagai basis data terstruktur. Logika bisnis, meliputi validasi data, kalkulasi skor otomatis, dan transformasi data (ETL), ditangani oleh skrip otomasi Google Apps Script. Untuk kebutuhan pengambilan keputusan strategis, visualisasi data disajikan melalui dashboard interaktif Looker Studio yang menerapkan konsep Drill-Down Analysis, memungkinkan pemantauan dari level makro hingga rincian indikator per layanan. Selain itu, sistem ini mengadopsi teknologi kecerdasan buatan (Artificial Intelligence) melalui integrasi Google NotebookLM dengan metode Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) yang berfungsi sebagai asisten virtual untuk layanan konsultasi regulasi teknis SRA. Hasil pengujian fungsional dan evaluasi pengguna menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil mendigitalisasi seluruh alur evaluasi, menyediakan akses data real-time yang transparan, serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Dinas Pendidikan secara signifikan.

Efficiency and accuracy in monitoring the evaluation of Child-Friendly Schools (Sekolah Ramah Anak or SRA) are vital aspects for the Tuban Regency Education Office to ensure the fulfillment of children's rights within educational institutions. However, the current evaluation process faces significant challenges due to manual data collection methods fragmented across separate spreadsheets between Elementary School (SD) and Junior High School (SMP) levels. This condition results in delays during the recapitulation process, difficulties in conducting comparative analysis, and limited access to information for schools. This internship project aims to address these issues by developing an integrated monitoring information system using a Low-Code Development Platform (LCDP) approach based on the Google Workspace ecosystem. The system is built upon a serverless architecture that integrates Google Sites as a central portal, Google Forms as the data input interface, and Google Sheets as a structured database. Business logic, including data validation, automated score calculation, and data transformation (ETL), is handled by Google Apps Script automation. To support strategic decision-making, data visualization is presented through an interactive Looker Studio dashboard that applies the Drill-Down Analysis concept, enabling monitoring from a macro level down to detailed indicators per service. Furthermore, the system adopts Artificial Intelligence technology through the integration of Google NotebookLM with the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) method, serving as a virtual assistant for technical consultation regarding SRA regulations. Functional testing and user evaluation results demonstrate that the system successfully digitizes the entire evaluation workflow, provides transparent real-time data access, and significantly enhances the operational efficiency of the Education Office.
