Abstract

Beton pracetak merupakan beton bertulang yang diproduksi dan dirawat di tempat lain dari posisi akhirnya dalam struktur. Beton pracetak memiliki beberapa kelebihan, diantaranya efisiensi waktu, ramah lingkungan, serta menghasilkan bentuk dan kualitas seragam karena diproduksi dibawah kontrol yang baik sehingga mendukung kekuatan, kekakuan, serta estetika bangunan. Akan tetapi pelaksanaan metode pracetak perlu mempertimbangkan tipe struktur, sambungan, dan metode pelaksanaan dengan baik untuk menghindari terjadinya kegagalan struktur. Oleh karena itu, pada pembangunan gedung seperti apartemen, umumnya dilaksanakan menggunakan beton cor di tempat. Hal ini dikarenakan prosedur perencanaan dan pelaksanaan yang lebih sederhana serta menghasilkan elemen struktur yang bersifat monolit, sehingga dapat menerima gaya lateral dengan baik. Namun pelaksanaan beton cor membutuhkan durasi yang lebih lama serta elemen beton yang dihasilkan akan sulit dibuat seragam dan memungkinkan terjadi rongga yang berpengaruh pada kekuatan elemen tersebut. Berdasarkan kondisi yang ada, maka direncanakan Tugas Akhir dengan judul “Desain Struktur Apartemen di Kabupaten Sleman Menggunakan Metode Pracetak” dengan memodifikasi Cornell Tower Apartemen Barsa City Yogyakarta. Struktur apartemen akan direncanakan menggunakan balok, kolom dan pelat pracetak dengan memperhatikan ketahanan struktur terhadap gempa sesuai kategori desain seismik di Kabupaten Sleman serta sistem struktur yang digunakan. Apartemen direncanakan menggunakan sistem struktur rangka gedung dengan dinding geser khusus berdasarkan kategori desain seismik di Kabupaten leman yaitu KDS D. Pada sistem struktur ini rangka gedung hanya menerima gaya gravitasi sedangkan gaya seismik diterima sepenuhnya oleh dinding geser khusus. Berdasarkan hasil perencanaan, didapatkan elemen pracetak apartemen yang terdiri dari 10 lantai dan 2 basement antara lain balok dengan dimensi total 300/400 mm dan 400/700 mm, pelat setebal 120 mm, serta kolom dimensi 700/700 dan 500/500. Sedangkan elemen non pracetak antara lain dinding geser dengan tebal 300 mm dan 350 mm, pelat basement tebal 300 mm, tie beam dengan dimensi 400/700, serta pile cap setebal 800 mm. Selanjutnya beban struktur diteruskan ke tanah dengan spun pile diameter 600 mm. Seluruh elemen direncanakan memiliki sambungan daktail dengan kekuatan sambungan 1.25 fy untuk tetap dapat berdeformasi sesuai dengan gaya sesismik yang terjadi. Adapun sambungan yang digunakan yaitu sambungan basah dengan memperhatikan panjang penyaluran pada sambungan pelat ke balok dan balok anak ke balok induk. Sedangkan sambungan balok ke kolom direncanakan menggunakan tumpuan corbel dengan sambungan baut produk Peikko Group. Sambungan baut juga direncanakan pada pertemuan antar kolom dan sambungan kolom ke pile cap.

Precast concrete is reinforced concrete that is manufactured and treated not in its final position in the structure. Precast concrete has several advantages, including time efficiency and environmental friendliness. It also produces uniform shape and quality because it is produced under good control to support the strength, stiffness, and aesthetics of the building. However, the implementation of the precast method needs to consider the type of structure, connection,
and implementation method properly to avoid structural failure. Therefore, the construction of buildings such as apartments is generally carried out using cast-in-place concrete. This is because the planning and implementation procedures are simpler and produces monolithic structural elements so that they can receive lateral forces well. However, the implementation of cast concrete requires a longer duration, and the concrete elements will be difficult to make uniform and allow cavities to occur which affects the strength of these elements. Based on the existing conditions, a final project is planned under the title "Structural Design of Apartment in Sleman Regency Using Precast Method" by modifying the Cornell Tower of the Barsa City Apartment Yogyakarta. The apartment structure will be planned to use precast beams, columns, and plates based on the structure's resistance to earthquakes according to the seismic design category in Sleman Regency and the structural system used. The apartment is planned to use a building frame structure system with special shear walls based on the seismic design category in Sleman Regency, namely KDS D. In this structural system the building frame only accepts gravity while special shear walls fully accept the seismic force. Based on the design, known that precast elements of the apartment consist of 10 floors and 2 basements, are beams with total dimensions of 300/400 mm and 400/700 mm, slabs with a thickness of 120 mm, also columns with dimensions of 700/700 and 500/500. Meanwhile, non-precast elements include shear walls with a thickness of 300 mm and 350 mm, the basement slab with a thickness of 300 mm, tie beams with dimensions of 400/700, and pile caps with a thickness of 800 mm. Furthermore, the structural load is transmitted to the ground with a spun pile diameter of 600 mm. The elements are designed to have a ductile connection with a joint strength of 1.25 fy to handle structural deform according to the seismic forces. The connection used is a wet connection by paying attention to the rebar elongation at the connection plate-tobeam and the second beam to the main beam. Meanwhile, the beam-to-column connection is planned to use a corbel with a peikko group product bolt connection. Bolt connection is also planned between the columns and the column connection to the pile cap.
