Abstract
Perubahan iklim merupakan tantangan global utama yang dipicu oleh emisi gas rumah kaca (GRK). Salah satu kontributor yang signifikan adalah aktivitas di sektor minyak dan gas (migas), baik akibat proses produksi maupun aktivitas individu tenaga kerjanya salah satunya adalah Migas EP Kalimantan Timur. Pengelolaan yang baik atas jejak emisi GRK (jejak karbon) individu diharapkan dapat mengurangi total emisi dari sektor ini. Berdasar hal tersebut, maka dilakukan penelitian tentang jejak karbon individu karyawan di Migas EP Kalimantan Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi perhitungan emisi karbon berdasarkan metodologi IPCC yang mencakup konsumsi energi dan transportasi karyawan. Biaya mitigasi diukur dengan metode RCM. Sedangkan evaluasi kebijakan pengelolaan emisi dan perumusan langkah-langkah strategis mitigasi emisi jangka panjang menggunakan pendekatan SWOT dan siklus PDCA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa total emisi karbon individu karyawan per tahun mencapai 294,31 tonCO₂ atau rata-rata emisi karbon individu karyawan mencapai 2,45 tonCO₂/orang/tahun, dengan 76,31% berasal dari transportasi perjalanan dinas. Biaya total mitigasi emisi karbon melalui penanaman pohon diperkirakan mencapai Rp 1.902,64 juta/tahun atau rata-rata biaya mitigasi emisi karbon individu melalui penanaman pohon diperkirakan sebesar ± Rp 15,86 juta/orang/tahun. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa posisi perusahaan pada Kuadran I SWOT yang menuntut penguatan pelaporan emisi terintegrasi sebagai kunci pencapaian NZE 2060.

Climate change is a major global challenge driven by greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. One significant contributor is the oil and gas sector, originating from both production processes and individual workforce activities, including those at Migas EP East Kalimantan. Proper management of individual GHG emission footprints (carbon footprints) is expected to reduce total emissions from this sector. Based on this context, this study examines the individual carbon footprints of employees at Migas EP East Kalimantan. The research employed carbon emission calculations based on the IPCC methodology, covering employee energy consumption and transportation activities. Mitigation costs were estimated using the Replacement Cost Method (RCM). eanwhile, the evaluation of emission management policies and the formulation of long-term emission mitigation strategies were conducted using the SWOT approach and the PDCA cycle. The results indicate that total annual individual employee carbon emissions reached 294.31 tonCO₂, with an average of 2.45 tonCO₂/person/year, of which 76.31% originated from official travel transportation. The total cost of carbon emission mitigation through tree planting is estimated at IDR 1,902.64 million/year, or an average mitigation cost of approximately IDR 15.86 million/person/year. These findings place the company in SWOT Quadrant I, highlighting the need to strengthen integrated emission reporting as a key strategy for achieving NZE 2060.
