Abstract
PT Pertamina EP Asset 4 merupakan salah satu unit operasi di bawah PT Pertamina EP yang bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan eksplorasi dan produksi minyak serta gas bumi di wilayah kerja Jawa Timur dan sekitarnya. PT Pertamina EP ini mengelola sejumlah lapangan migas, termasuk Field Sukowati, dan berperan penting dalam menjaga keberlanjutan produksi energi nasional. Dalam usaha dalam meningkatkan dan menjaga stabilitas serta kontinuitas sistem kelistrikkan dalam memenuhi kebutuhan daya suatu sistem. PT Pertamina EP Asset 4 Field Sukowati ini didukung oleh 13 unit pembangkit listrik dengan sistem terpasang secara radial pada tiga level teganagn, namun gangguan yang dihadapi berupa peletakkan transformator yang dipasang pada sistem kelistrikannya dan hal ini perlu dilakukan analisa kestabilan sistem secara menyeluruh. Dalam Tugas Akhir ini akan dilakukan skenario simulasi analisa kestabilan transien berupa generator outage, transformator outage, serta gangguan hubung singkat untuk melihat respon sistem dalam mempertahankan kestabilannya. Terdapat tiga parameter yang akan diperhatikan, yaitu frekuensi, sudut rotor, dan tegangan serta dilakukan pula perencanaan sistem pelepasan beban berbasis mekanisme standar frekuensi dan berbasis quantum atau status. Diharapkan hasil analisis dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam meminimalkan dampak gangguan serta meningkatkan perlindungan terhadap peralatan listrik yang ada.

PT Pertamina EP Asset 4 is one of the operational units under PT Pertamina EP, responsible for the exploration and production of oil and natural gas in the East Java working area and its surroundings. This unit manages several oil and gas fields, including the Sukowati Field, and plays a crucial role in supporting the sustainability of national energy production. In an effort to improve and maintain the stability and continuity of the electrical system to meet power demands, PT Pertamina EP Asset 4 Field Sukowati is supported by 13 power generation units arranged in a radial configuration across three voltage levels. However, the placement of transformers within the electrical system introduces operational challenges, necessitating a comprehensive stability analysis. This Final Project conducts transient stability simulations based on several scenarios—generator outage, transformer outage, and short-circuit faults—to observe the system's response in maintaining stability. Three main parameters are evaluated, namely frequency, rotor angle, and voltage. Additionally, a load shedding scheme based on standard frequency and quantum or status mechanisms is designed as part of the analysis. The results of this study are expected to contribute to minimizing the impact of disturbances and enhancing the protection and reliability of the existing electrical equipment.
