Abstract
Divisi Regional Large Enterprise & Government Service (RLEGS) PT Telkom Indonesia Regional III Surabaya menghadapi tantangan dalam proses pemantauan kinerja Account Manager (AM) dan Wilayah Telekomunikasi (Witel) yang masih bergantung pada pelaporan manual berbasis Microsoft Excel. Proses pengolahan data yang terdistribusi dan tidak terstandarisasi ini mengakibatkan inefisiensi waktu, risiko duplikasi data, serta keterlambatan dalam penyajian informasi strategis kepada manajemen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sebuah aplikasi Web Dashboard Monitoring yang mampu mengintegrasikan data pendapatan (revenue) dan target kinerja secara terpusat dan real-time. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan kerangka kerja Laravel dengan arsitektur Monolithic Model-View-Controller (MVC) dan basis data MySQL. Pengembangan sistem menerapkan fitur Eloquent ORM dengan mekanisme snapshot data untuk menjamin integritas histori pendapatan terhadap perubahan struktur organisasi. Fitur utama yang diimplementasikan meliputi autentikasi berbasis peran (Role-Based Access Control) dengan validasi kode otorisasi, manajemen data melalui impor file Excel massal, serta visualisasi data interaktif berupa grafik tren pendapatan dan peringkat (leaderboard) kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box Testing, sistem terbukti mampu menangani validasi data input dengan akurat dan menyajikan laporan kinerja sesuai hak akses pengguna. Implementasi dashboard ini berhasil mentransformasi proses pelaporan manual menjadi sistem digital yang efisien, sehingga mendukung manajemen RLEGS dalam mengevaluasi pencapaian target bisnis secara lebih cepat, objektif, dan akurat.

The Regional Large Enterprise & Government Service (RLEGS) Division of PT Telkom Indonesia Regional III Surabaya faces challenges in monitoring the performance of Account Managers (AM) and Telecommunications Areas (Witel), as the process still relies on manual reporting based on Microsoft Excel. This distributed and non-standardized data processing results in time inefficiency, the risk of data duplication, and delays in presenting strategic information to management. This research aims to design and build a Web Dashboard Monitoring application capable of integrating revenue data and performance targets in a centralized and real-time manner. The system is developed using the Laravel framework with a Monolithic Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture and a MySQL database. The system development applies Eloquent ORM features with a data snapshot mechanism to ensure the integrity of revenue history regarding changes in organizational structure. Key features implemented include Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) authentication with authorization code validation, data management via bulk Excel file imports, and interactive data visualization in the form of revenue trend graphs and performance leaderboards. Based on test results using the Black Box Testing method, the system is proven capable of accurately handling input data validation and presenting performance reports according to user access rights. The implementation of this dashboard successfully transformed the manual reporting process into an efficient digital system, thereby supporting RLEGS management in evaluating the achievement of business targets more quickly, objectively, and accurately.
