Abstract
Peran strategis UMKM industri kreatif di Indonesia khususunya Jawa Timur masih menghadapi tantangan dalam mengoptimalkan pemerataan kinerja berkelanjutan pada masing-masing subsektornya. Tantangan tersebut mengarah pada rendahnya kemampuan berbagi pengetahuan, keterbatasan modal intelektual, dan kurangnya adaptasi terhadap digitalisasi. Penelitian ini mengisi kesenjangan riset dengan mengintegrasikan knowledge sharing sebagai antecedent sustainable intellectual capital serta menguji peran e-business entrepreneurial orientation dan competitive agility dalam meningkatkan sustainable performance UMKM industri kreatif di Jawa Timur berlandaskan pada Resource-Based Theory (RBT), Dynamic Capabilities Theory (DCT), dan Tripple Bottom Line Theory. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori yang melibatkan empat variabel independen yaitu knowledge sharing, sustainable intellectual capital, e-business entrepreneurial orientation, dan competitive agility dengan sustainable performance sebagai variabel dependen. Data diperoleh melalui survei menggunakan purposive sampling terhadap pelaku UMKM industri kreatif subsektor kuliner, fashion, dan kriya di Provinsi Jawa Timur. Data akan di analisis menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) untuk melihat pengaruh simultan dan interaksi antar variabel independen terhadap sustainable performance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa knowledge sharing dan sustainable intellectual capital berperan penting dalam meningkatkan competitive agility yang berdampak pada sustainable performance UMKM industri kreatif di Jawa Timur. Hasil dan rekomendasi penelitian ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan keberlanjutan UMKM industri kreatif serta penelitian di bidang sejenis.

The strategic role of creative industry MSMEs in Indonesia, especially in East Java, still faces challenges in optimizing sustainable performance across each of its subsectors. These challenges include low knowledge sharing capabilities, limited intellectual capital, and a lack of adaptation to digitalization. This study fills the research gap by integrating knowledge sharing as an antecedent of sustainable intellectual capital and testing the role of e-business entrepreneurial orientation and competitive agility in improving the sustainable performance of creative industry MSMEs in East Java based on Resource-Based Theory (RBT), Dynamic Capabilities Theory (DCT), and Triple Bottom Line Theory. This study uses an explanatory quantitative approach involving four independent variables, namely knowledge sharing, sustainable intellectual capital, e-business entrepreneurial or ientation, and competitive agility, with sustainable performance as the dependent variable. Data were obtained through a survey using purposive sampling of creative industry MSMEs in the culinary, fashion, and craft sub-sectors in East Java. The data will be analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to examine the simultaneous and interactive effects of independent variables on sustainable performance. The results indicate that knowledge sharing and sustainable intellectual capital play a significant role in enhancing competitive agility, which impacts the sustainable performance of creative industry MSMEs in East Java. The findings and recommendations of this study are expected to contribute to improving the sustainability of creative industry MSMEs and to research in similar fields.
