Abstract

PT Telekomunikasi selular Indonesia, more commonly known as Telkomsel is the largest telecommunications operator in Indonesia. A subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (persero) and Singapore Telecom (singtel), Telkomsel was founded on the 26nd of may 1995. In conducting its business activities, Telkomsel provides various communication services, including voice, short message service (SMS), data, and digital services based on broadband technology and cellular networks. This system is developed using Python to function as a prototype for geospatial site monitoring. It integrates Nighttime Light (NTL) and population density data with internal network alarm logs to provide a multi-layered visual analysis of infrastructure performance. The tool enables telecommunications teams to identify correlations between disruptions and population centers, facilitating more efficient maintenance prioritization.

PT Telekomunikasi Selular Indonesia, atau yang lebih dikenal sebagai Telkomsel, merupakan operator telekomunikasi terbesar di Indonesia. Sebagai anak perusahaan dari PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) dan Singapore Telecom (Singtel), Telkomsel didirikan pada tanggal 26 Mei 1995. Dalam menjalankan aktivitas bisnisnya, Telkomsel menyediakan berbagai layanan komunikasi, termasuk suara, layanan pesan singkat (SMS), data, serta layanan digital berbasis teknologi broadband dan jaringan seluler. Sistem ini ikembangkan menggunakan Python untuk berfungsi sebagai purwarupa pemantauan lokasi geospasial. Sistem ini mengintegrasikan data Cahaya Malam Hari (Nighttime Light/NTL) dan kepadatan penduduk dengan log alarm jaringan internal untuk menyajikan analisis visual berlapis terkait kinerja infrastruktur. Alat ini memungkinkan tim telekomunikasi untuk mengidentifikasi korelasi antara gangguan dan pusat populasi, sehingga memfasilitasi prioritas pemeliharaan yang lebih efisien.
