Abstract
CV Master Grafix, sebuah perusahaan percetakan label produk, menghadapi berbagai tantangan operasional akibat dominasi proses manual dalam aktivitas utama seperti pengelolaan data warna, proses approval desain, pengadaan bahan baku, serta evaluasi kinerja karyawan. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan inefisiensi proses, keterlambatan layanan, serta keterbatasan perusahaan dalam merespons kebutuhan pelanggan B2B yang semakin dinamis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan perancangan portofolio aplikasi sistem informasi yang selaras dengan proses bisnis dan kebutuhan operasional perusahaan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang portofolio aplikasi sistem informasi pada CV Master Grafix menggunakan kerangka Ward dan Peppard. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, serta analisis dokumen internal perusahaan. Identifikasi kebutuhan aplikasi dilakukan berdasarkan analisis proses bisnis dan kondisi SI/TI eksisting menggunakan pendekatan Value Chain, SWOT, Gap Analysis, Critical Success Factors (CSF), serta McFarlan Strategic Grid. Prioritas pengembangan aplikasi dalam portofolio ditentukan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) berbasis dimensi BOCR (Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, dan Risk). Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan portofolio aplikasi sistem informasi yang terstruktur dan terprioritas, dilengkapi dengan rekomendasi tahapan pengembangan aplikasi. Portofolio aplikasi tersebut menjadi acuan bagi CV Master Grafix dalam mengimplementasikan solusi sistem informasi secara bertahap guna meningkatkan efisiensi proses operasional serta memperkuat daya saing perusahaan di industri percetakan label produk B2B.

CV Master Grafix, a product label printing company, faces various operational challenges due to the dominance of manual processes in key activities such as color data management, design approval processes, raw material procurement, and employee performance evaluation. These conditions result in process inefficiencies, service delays, and limited organizational responsiveness to the increasingly dynamic demands of B2B customers. Therefore, the development of an information systems application portfolio aligned with business processes and operational needs is required.This study aims to design an information systems application portfolio for CV Master Grafix using the Ward and Peppard framework. A qualitative descriptive approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through observations, interviews, questionnaires, and analysis of internal company documents. Application requirements were identified based on business process analysis and the existing information systems and technology conditions using Value Chain analysis, SWOT analysis, Gap Analysis, Critical Success Factors (CSF), and the McFarlan Strategic Grid. The prioritization of application development within the portfolio was determined using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method based on the BOCR dimensions (Benefit, Opportunity, Cost, and Risk).The results of this study consist of a structured and prioritized information systems application portfolio, accompanied by recommended stages for application development. The resulting application portfolio serves as a reference for CV Master Grafix in implementing information systems
