Abstract

Penanganan kerentanan aplikasi merupakan bagian penting dalam menjaga keamanan sistem informasi organisasi. Namun, dalam praktiknya, hasil vulnerability assessment dan penetration testing sering kali disajikan dalam bentuk laporan statis yang bersifat teknis dan sulit dipahami oleh pemangku kepentingan non-teknis. Kondisi ini menyulitkan proses monitoring kerentanan, evaluasi progres perbaikan, serta pengambilan keputusan yang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dashboard monitoring manajemen kerentanan aplikasi berbasis Business Intelligence (BI) menggunakan Microsoft Power BI. Dashboard dirancang untuk menyajikan informasi kerentanan secara terstruktur, visual, dan interaktif, dengan mengacu pada konsep OWASP Top 10 dan OWASP Risk Rating sebagai dasar klasifikasi tingkat keparahan kerentanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan prototyping dengan memanfaatkan dataset dummy yang disusun berdasarkan struktur laporan vulnerability assessment dan penetration testing. Data diolah melalui tahapan data preparation, data modelling, dan data analysis menggunakan calculated column serta measure berbasis Data Analysis Expressions (DAX). Dashboard yang dihasilkan menampilkan berbagai indikator monitoring, seperti distribusi severity, status perbaikan, tren kerentanan, Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), kepatuhan SLA, serta prioritas backlog kerentanan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dashboard yang dikembangkan mampu menyajikan kondisi kerentanan aplikasi secara komprehensif dan mudah dipahami, serta mendukung proses monitoring dan analisis kerentanan secara lebih efektif. Dashboard ini diharapkan dapat menjadi alat bantu bagi tim teknis dan manajerial dalam memahami kondisi kerentanan aplikasi dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.

Application vulnerability handling is a critical aspect of maintaining information system security within organizations. However, in practice, the results of vulnerability assessments and penetration testing are often presented in static and highly technical reports that are difficult to understand for non-technical stakeholders. This condition hinders effective vulnerability monitoring, evaluation of remediation progress, and informed decision-making. This study aims to develop a vulnerability management monitoring dashboard based on Business Intelligence (BI) using Microsoft Power BI. The dashboard is designed to present vulnerability information in a structured, visual, and interactive manner by adopting OWASP Top 10 and OWASP Risk Rating as the basis for vulnerability classification and severity assessment. The research employs a prototyping approach using a dummy dataset structured according to vulnerability assessment and penetration testing reports. Data processing is conducted through data preparation, data modeling, and data analysis stages, utilizing calculated columns and measures implemented with Data Analysis Expressions (DAX). The developed dashboard presents key monitoring indicators, including severity distribution, remediation status, vulnerability trends, Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), service level agreement (SLA) compliance, and vulnerability backlog prioritization. The results show that the developed dashboard can provide a comprehensive and easily interpretable overview of application vulnerability conditions and supports more effective vulnerability monitoring and analysis. The dashboard is expected to serve as a decision-support tool for both technical and managerial stakeholders in understanding application security posture and supporting data-driven decision-making in vulnerability management processes.
