Abstract
Penataan setiap fasilitas yang optimal dalam proyek konstruksi berperan penting terhadap efisiensi operasional dan keselamatan kerja. Oleh karena itu, perencanaan terhadap site layout perlu dilakukan secara efisien dan fleksibel terhadap kondisi di lapangan untuk memperpendek jarak tempuh dan mengurangi resiko kecelakaan kerja. Proyek RS Mojokerto sendiri memiliki karakter lahan terbatas seluas 3.072 m² dengan bentuk poligon L-shape serta penempatan 13 fasilitas sementara (moveable temporary facilities) yang harus ditinjau ulang. Penelitian ini menggunakan salah satu metode algoritma metaheuristik yaitu Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO) untuk menemukan konfigurasi site layout yang optimal. Metode ini juga mempertimbangkan beberapa parameter yang terintegrasi dengan batasan geometris dan keselamatan proyek. Proses optimasi pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya 312 konfigurasi (0, 1%) dari 300.000 percobaan konfigurasi, yang memenuhi seluruh batasan yang ditetapkan. Layout Rank 1 sebagai solusi terbaik dapat menurunkan jarak tempuh sebesar 28,407% dari 882.242 m menjadi 631.627 m dan menurunkan indeks keselamatan sebesar 10,537% dari 38.658 menjadi 34.585. Layout rank 2-4 menawarkan nilai fungsi objektif yang berbeda, di mana terjadi penurunan yang tidak terlalu signifikan dari rank 1. Penempatan fasilitas mengikuti standar K3 dan efisiensi pekerjaan, di mana fasilitas produksi terkonsentrasi di zona merah, gudang logistik berjarak 23,47 m dari stockyard besi, dan gudang limbah b3 berjarak 78,5 m dari fasilitas produksi. Hasil penelitian tersebut membuktikan bahwa MOPSO merupakan metode yang efektif dalam penyelesaian permasalahan site layout dan menghasilkan empat alternatif layout dengan prioritas yang berbeda.

The optimal arrangement of each facility in a construction project plays a crucial role in operational efficiency and occupational safety. Therefore, site layout planning must be carried out efficiently and flexibly in response to on-site conditions to shorten travel distances and reduce the risk of workplace accidents. The Mojokerto Hospital project has a limited land area of 3.072 m² with an L-shaped polygon configuration and involves the placement of 13 temporary (movable) facilities that require re-evaluation. This study employs a metaheuristic algorithm, namely Multi-Objective Particle Swarm Optimization (MOPSO), to determine the optimal site layout configuration. The method also considers multiple parameters integrated with geometric and safety constraints of the project. The optimization process shows that only 312 configurations (0,1%) out of 300.000 configuration trials satisfy all defined constraints. Layout Rank 1, as the best solution, reduces the total travel distance by 28.407%, from 882.242 m to 631.627 m, and decreases the safety index by 10,537%, from 38.658 to 34.585. Layouts ranked 2 to 4 offer different objective function values, with reductions that are not significantly different from Rank 1. Facility placement complies with occupational health and safety (K3) standards and work efficiency principles, where production facilities are concentrated in the red zone, the logistics warehouse is located 23,47 m from the steel stockyard, and the hazardous waste (B3) warehouse is positioned 78,5 m away from production facilities. These results demonstrate that MOPSO is an effective method for solving site layout problems and produces four alternative layouts with different priority levels.
