Abstract
Sebanyak 68% dari total komuter Kota Bekasi merupakan komuter harian yang bertujuan ke DKI Jakarta. Penggunaan moda kendaraan oleh komuter masih didominasi oleh kendaraan pribadi sebesar 82,6% sehingga memperparah kemacetan Ibukota. Meski pemerintah menghadirkan LRT Jabodebek dengan kapasitas 272.160 penumpang/hari, utilisasinya hanya mencapai 19%. Untuk mendorong peralihan ke transportasi umum, fasilitas park and ride LRT Bekasi dibangun sebagai integrasi antarmoda, sesuai Rencana Induk Transportasi Jabodetabek 2024. Namun, efektivitas park and ride dalam meningkatkan minat pelaku perjalanan masih perlu dikaji guna memastikan kesesuaian antara kebijakan infrastruktur dan kebutuhan riil komuter. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan penelitian terkait faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan fasilitas park and ride LRT Jabodebek sebagai moda perjalanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan faktor-faktor yang signifikan berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan fasilitas park and ride LRT Jabodebek di Kota Bekasi pada perjalanan komuter Kota Bekasi. Tahapan penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 sasaran yaitu, mengidentifikasi karakteristik pelaku perjalanan dan pola perjalanan pengguna rutin dan pengguna insidental fasilitas park and ride dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, mengidentifikasi persepsi pengguna rutin dan pengguna insidental fasilitas park and ride terhadap kondisi eksisting pelayanan park and ride LRT Jabodebek di Kota Bekasi dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, dan merumuskan faktor yang signifikan berpengaruh dan memodelkan probabilitas penggunaan fasilitas park and ride LRT Jabodebek sebagai moda perjalanan rutin komuter Kota Bekasi dengan menggunakan analisis regresi logistik biner backward LR Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi logistik biner backward LR, ditemukan bahwa 6 dari 21 variabel signifikan berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan fasilitas park and ride LRT Jabodebek di Kota Bekasi. Enam variabel yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan fasilitas park and ride LRT dari signifikansi terbesar hingga terkecil adalah Tarif resmi penggunaan LRT (X16) (Sig=0.001), Tingkat pendapatan perbulan (X4) (Sig=0.003), Usia (X1) (Sig=0.003), Tarif parkir (X14) (Sig=0.011), Kenyamanan parkir (X15) (Sig=0.011), dan Waktu tempuh LRT menuju stasiun tujuan (X17) (Sig=0.050). Berdasarkan hasil pemodelan pada kondisi ideal dengan intervensi penyesuaian persepsi terhadap tarif resmi penggunaan LRT (X16) dan waktu tempuh LRT (X17), probabilitas penggunaan fasilitas park and ride oleh pengguna insidental yang sebelumnya 0.8% meningkat menjadi 41,4%.

Approximately 68% of total commuters in Bekasi City are daily commuters traveling to DKI Jakarta. Commuter travel remains heavily dominated by private vehicle use, accounting for 82.6% of total trips, which contributes significantly to traffic congestion in the metropolitan area. Although the government has introduced the Jabodebek LRT system with a designed capacity of 272,160 passengers per day, its utilization rate has reached only 19%. To encourage a modal shift toward public transportation, park and ride facilities at LRT stations in Bekasi were developed as part of an intermodal integration strategy, in line with the 2024 Jabodetabek Transportation Master Plan. However, the effectiveness of these park and ride facilities in increasing commuter interest remains uncertain, indicating a potential mismatch between infrastructure policies and actual commuter needs. Therefore, this study examines the factors influencing the choice of park and ride facilities at Jabodebek LRT stations as a commuter travel mode. This study aims to identify the factors that significantly influence the selection of park and ride facilities at Jabodebek LRT stations in Bekasi City for commuter travel. The research consists of three main objectives: first, to identify the characteristics of travelers and travel patterns of routine and incidental park and ride users using descriptive statistical analysis; second, to analyze the perceptions of routine and incidental users regarding the existing service conditions of park and ride facilities at Jabodebek LRT stations in Bekasi City using descriptive statistics; and third, to determine significant influencing factors and to model the probability of park and ride usage as a regular commuter travel mode using binary logistic regression with the backward likelihood ratio (LR) method. The results of the binary logistic regression analysis indicate that 6 out of 21 variables significantly influence the use of park and ride facilities at Jabodebek LRT stations in Bekasi City. The six significant variables, ranked from the highest to the lowest level of significance, are the LRT Jabodebek fare (X16) (Sig=0.001), monthly income level (X4) (Sig=0.003), age (X1) (Sig=0.003), parking tariff (X14) (Sig=0.011), parking comfort (X15) (Sig=0.011), and LRT travel time to the destination station (X17) (Sig=0.050). Furthermore, probability modeling under an imaginary scenario, involving improvements in user perceptions of the official LRT fare (X16) and LRT travel time (X17), shows a substantial increase in the probability of park and ride usage among incidental users, from 0.8% to 41.4%.
