Abstract
Pembelajaran musik piano pada anak level primer sering menghadapi tantangan, terutama dalam menarik minat belajar dan mempermudah pemahaman notasi balok. Metode pengajaran notasi balok berbasis teknologi dan konsep experiential learning masih jarang dimanfaatkan sehingga perlu inovasi dalam alat bantu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media bantu ajar notasi balok piano berbasis experiential learning yang interaktif dan menyenangkan. Metode perancangan dimulai dengan identifikasi permasalahan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan survei kepada guru piano dan orang tua dari murid level primer. Tahapan berikutnya adalah analisis data dan eksplorasi produk mainan edukasi eksisting untuk mendapatkan ide dan konsep desain. Konsep yang diterapkan dalam media bantu ajar ini adalah experiential learning, play-based, dan modular yang memungkinkan anak-anak belajar melalui pengalaman langsung, seperti menyusun blok notasi musik, mendengarkan melodi yang dihasilkan, dan mengikuti petunjuk interaktif berupa cahaya untuk memainkan piano. Hasil perancangan berupa prototipe media bantu ajar musik piano yang mampu meningkatkan kemampuan literasi notasi balok anak serta memperkaya pengalaman belajar mereka melalui pendekatan multisensori yang melibatkan elemen visual, auditori, dan kinestetik. Selain memberikan manfaat edukasi bagi anak, media bantu ajar ini juga membantu guru dan orang tua dalam menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih efektif dan menarik.

Piano musical notation education for children on primer level often faces challenges, particularly in engaging their interest and simplifying the understanding. Musical notation teaching methods rarely utilize technology and applying experiential learning concept as innovation in learning tools. This study aims to develop an interactive and enjoyable piano musical notation based on experiential learning. The design process began with identifying problems through observation, interviews, and surveys with piano teachers and parents’ of primer level students. The next phase involved data analysis and exploring existing educational toys to generate ideas and design concepts. The applied concept in this toy is experiential learning, allowing children to learn through hands-on experience, such as arranging music notation blocks, listening to the resulting melody, and following interactive light cues to play the piano. The result of the design is a prototype of a music educational toy with key features such as a staff line, music notation blocks, an interactive sound system, and glowing buttons. This toy enhances children's music literacy and enriches their learning experience through a multisensory approach involving visual, auditory, and kinesthetic elements. In addition to providing educational benefits for children, this toy also assists teachers and parents in creating a more effective and engaging learning environment.
