Abstract

Ruas Jalan Dawar Blandong–Kedamean (STA 0+000 – STA 9+800) merupakan jalur logistik strategis di Kabupaten Gresik yang menopang mobilitas kawasan industri. Namun, peningkatan volume kendaraan berat dan kondisi lingkungan yang rawan banjir luapan Sungai Lamong telah menyebabkan kerusakan struktural signifikan, yang berkontribusi terhadap 40% angka kecelakaan di wilayah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan merencanakan peningkatan jalan menggunakan perkerasan kaku (rigid pavement) yang dinilai lebih unggul dalam menahan beban lalu lintas berat dan genangan air, guna menjamin keberlanjutan fungsi jalan. Metode perencanaan mengacu pada Manual Desain Perkerasan Jalan (MDPJ) Bina Marga 2024 danStandar Nasional Indonesia (SNI), dengan memanfaatkan data primer dan sekunder meliputi Lalu Lintas Harian Rata-rata (LHR), CBR tanah dasar, hidrologi, serta Harga Satuan Pokok Kegiatan (HSPK) Kabupaten Gresik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis untuk umur rencana 40 tahun, diperlukan pelebaran geometrik pada tipe jalan 2/2 TT (dua lajur dua arah tak terbagi) untuk menjaga derajat kejenuhan pada batas aman. Desain struktur perkerasan yang dihasilkan memiliki tingkat kerusakan fatik (fatigue) sebesar 0% dan kerusakan erosi 64,91%. Spesifikasi struktur terdiri atas pelat beton mutu K-450 setebal 250 mm, Lapis Pondasi Bawah (Lean Concrete) setebal 150 mm, Lapis Pondasi Agregat (LPA) Kelas A setebal 200 mm, dan Lapis Timbunan Pilihan setebal 200 mm. Sistem sambungan menggunakan Dowel polos panjang 16 cm dengan jarak 16 cm, serta Tie Bar arah memanjang (ϕ 16 mm) dan melintang (ϕ 12 mm). Untuk pengendalian air, direncanakan saluran drainase U-Ditch ukuran 800x800 mm dan 800x1000 mm. Total Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) yang dibutuhkan untuk pelaksanaan proyek ini adalah sebesar Rp508.299.222.204 (Lima Ratus Delapan Miliar Dua Ratus Sembilan Puluh Sembilan Juta Dua Ratus Dua Puluh Dua Ribu Dua Ratus Empat Rupiah)

The Dawar Blandong–Kedamean road section (STA 0+000 – STA 9+800) serves as a strategic logistics route in Gresik Regency, supporting industrial mobility. However, increasing heavy vehicle volume and susceptibility to flooding from the Lamong River have caused significant structural damage, contributing to 40% of traffic accidents in the area. This study aims to design a road improvement using rigid pavement, which offers superior durability against heavy loads and water inundation, ensuring long-term road functionality. The design method refers to the 2024 Bina Marga Pavement Design Manual and Indonesian National Standards (SNI), utilizing primary and secondary data including Average Daily Traffic (ADT),subgrade CBR, hydrology, and Unit Price Analysis (HSPK) of Gresik Regency.Based On the analysis for a 40-year design life, geometric widening is required for the 2/2 TT road type to maintain a safe degree of saturation. The resulting pavement structure design indicates a fatigue damage level of 0% and erosion damage of 64.91%. The structural specifications consist of a K-450 concrete slab with a thickness of 250 mm, Lean Concrete subbase of 150 mm, Class A Aggregate Base of 200 mm, and Selected Fill of 200 mm. The joint system utilizes plain Dowels (16 cm length, 16 cm spacing) and Tie Bars for longitudinal (ϕ16 mm) and transverse (ϕ12 mm) directions. For drainage control, U-Ditch channels measuring 800x800 mm and 800x1000 mm are proposed. The total estimated budget (RAB) required for this project is IDR 508,299,222,204.
