Abstract
Waduk Cacaban merupakan waduk yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Tegal, Provinsi Jawa Tengah, yang dibangun pada tahun 1959 dengan tujuan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan air irigasi saat musim kemarau untuk keperluan pertanian di wilayah sekitar waduk. Waduk ini memiliki kapasitas 90 juta m3 pada awal diresmikan. Namun, Waduk Cacaban mengalami penurunan kapasitas tampung akibat tingginya laju sedimentasi. Per Maret 2025, kapasitas waduk hanya sekitar 56 juta m3. Usaha pengerukan sudah dilakukan, namun tidak bisa mengembalikan kapasitas maksimal Waduk Cacaban. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mendesain kapal keruk yang sesuai dengan kondisi Waduk Cacaban. Pengerjaan Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jenis kapal keruk, operational scheme dan sistem pembuangan yang sesuai, payload, ukuran utama, sistem propulsi, melakukan perhitungan teknis, membuat desain rencana garis, rencana umum, dan model 3D kapal keruk, serta melakukan perhitungan biaya pembangunan dan operasional kapal keruk. Proses desain diawali dengan melakukan survei untuk mengidentifikasi jenis sedimentasi, kedalaman maksimal waduk, dan aksesibilitas waduk untuk menentukan jenis kapal yang sesuai. Berdasarkan hasil analisis teknis, ditetapkan kapal keruk berjenis Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) dan sistem pembuangan menggunakan pipeline dengan booster station sebagai penambah daya dorong sedimen. Kapal keruk akan beroperasi dari Senin – Sabtu selama 30 tahun. Berdasarkan analisis teknis yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh ukuran utama: Panjang (Lpp) = 52 m; Lebar (B) = 11.2 m; Tinggi (H) = 3.2 m; Sarat (T) = 1.6 m; dan Kecepatan (Vs) = 3 knot. Setelah ukuran utama ditentukan, dibuat Gambar Lines Plan, General Arrangement, dan Model 3D. Estimasi biaya pembangunan kapal ini adalah Rp49,189,234,491, dengan estimasi biaya operasional tahunan sebesar Rp14,346,813,198.

Cacaban Reservoir is located in Tegal Regency, Central Java Province. Constructed in 1959, the reservoir aims to supply irrigation water for agricultural needs during the dry season. Upon its inauguration, the reservoir had a capacity of 90 million m³. However, Cacaban Reservoir has experienced a significant decrease in storage capacity due to a high rate of sedimentation. As of March 2025, the reservoir's capacity is approximately 56 million m³. Previous dredging efforts have been undertaken but failed to restore the reservoir to its maximum capacity. This Final Project aims to design a dredger suitable for the specific conditions of Cacaban Reservoir. The objectives of this project include determining the type of dredger, operational scheme, suitable disposal system, payload, principal dimensions, and propulsion system; performing technical calculations; generating the Lines Plan, General Arrangement, and 3D model; and estimating the construction and annual operational costs. The design process began with a survey to identify the type of sedimentation, maximum reservoir depth, and accessibility to determine the appropriate vessel type. Based on the technical analysis, a Cutter Suction Dredger (CSD) was selected, utilizing a pipeline disposal system with a booster station to provide additional sediment pumping power. The dredger is designed to operate from Monday to Saturday for a service life of 30 years. Based on the technical calculations, the obtained principal dimensions are: Length (Lpp) = 52 m; Breadth (B) = 11.2 m; Depth (H) = 3 m; Draft (T) = 1.6 m; and Speed (Vs) = 3 knots. Following the determination of principal dimensions, the Lines Plan, General Arrangement, and 3D Model were created. The estimated construction cost for this vessel is Rp49,189,234,491, with an estimated annual operational cost of Rp14,346,813,198.
