Abstract

Kegiatan Magang ini difokuskan pada upaya perancangan ulang dan pembaruan teknologi aplikasi SIPON CERIA (Sistem Pendaftaran Online Cepat, Efektif, Ramah, Inovatif, dan Akuntabel) di lingkungan RSUD dr. Darsono. Inisiatif ini diambil sebagai respons mendesak atas tidak berfungsinya aplikasi generasi sebelumnya yang mengalami kendala kompatibilitas sistem operasi (deprecated), yang mengakibatkan terhentinya layanan pendaftaran daring dan meningkatnya antrean manual di rumah sakit. Dalam proses pengembangannya, penulis menerapkan standar Modern Android Development guna memastikan keberlanjutan sistem. Sisi antarmuka pengguna dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin yang dipadukan dengan Jetpack Compose, 17 sementara struktur logika aplikasi mengadopsi pola arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC). Integrasi data antara aplikasi dan sistem rumah sakit dijembatani melalui mekanisme REST API untuk menjamin akurasi pertukaran informasi. Luaran utama dari kegiatan ini adalah tersedianya aplikasi SIPON CERIA hasil revitalisasi yang mampu beroperasi secara stabil pada perangkat Android modern. Aplikasi ini menawarkan performa yang lebih ringan serta antarmuka yang responsif, sehingga diharapkan mampu memulihkan aksesibilitas layanan pendaftaran daring bagi masyarakat serta meningkatkan efisiensi operasional pendaftaran di RSUD dr. Darsono.

This internship program focuses on the redesign and technological update of the SIPON CERIA (Sistem Pendaftaran Online Cepat, Efektif, Ramah, Inovatif, dan Akuntabel / Fast, Effective, Friendly, Innovative, and Accountable Online Registration System) application at RSUD dr. Darsono. This initiative was undertaken as an urgent response to the failure of the previous generation application, which suffered from operating system compatibility issues (deprecated). This malfunction resulted in the suspension of online registration services and an increase in manual queues at the hospital. During the development process, the author implemented Modern Android Development standards to ensure system sustainability. The user interface was built using the Kotlin programming language combined with Jetpack Compose, while the application logic structure adopted the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architectural pattern. Data integration between the application and the hospital system is facilitated through a REST API mechanism to ensure the accuracy of information exchange. The primary output of this activity is a revitalized SIPON CERIA application capable of operating stably on modern Android devices. This application offers more lightweight performance and a responsive interface, thereby aiming to restore the accessibility of online registration services for the public and enhance operational efficiency at RSUD dr. Darsono.
