Abstract
Banyak perusahaan yang mengembangkan mobile health (mHealth) atau aplikasi kesehatan berbasis mobile, namun masih sedikit sekali mHealth yang khusus mengakomodasi lansia baik di Indonesia ataupun negara lain. Banyak permasalahan yang dirasakan baik lansia non user atau yang belum pernah menggunakan aplikasi kesehatan dan lansia user yang pernah menggunakannya. Pada penelitian ini akan dirancang mHealth sesuai kebutuhan lansia dengan memperhatikan user experience dan user interface dengan pendekatan design thinking approach yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu empathize, define, ideate, dan prototype. Mockup sebagai output aplikasi akan diuji dengan empat task yang berbeda yaitu bercabang tanpa time pressure, bercabang dengan time pressure, linier tanpa time pressure, dan linier dengan time pressure. Usability testing aplikasi menggunakan eye tracking yang menghasilkan data kuantitatif berupa completion time, number of error number of fixations, time to first fixation, dan saccades number. Berdasarkan hasil data kuantitatif, suatu user interface dikatakan baik apabila completion time singkat, number of error kecil, number of fixation kecil, time to first fixation singkat, dan saccades number kecil. Selain data kuantitatif, dikumpulkan data kualitatif berupa hasil total skor dari System Usability Scale (SUS) sebesar 76,167 atau dalam kategori good dan heatmap atau visualisasi pandangan mata untuk mengetahui kecenderungan yang dihasilkan dari proses eye tracking. Beberapa hal yang mempengaruhi hasil heatmap adalah letak target sentuh yang mereka klik sebelumnya dan adanya perlakukan khusus seperti adanya time pressure.

Many companies are developing mobile health (mHealth) or mobile based health applications, however there are still very few mHealth specifically to accommodate the elderly, both in Indonesia and other countries. Many problems are felt by both non-users or those who have never used health applications and elderly users who have used them. In this study, mHealth according to the needs of the elderly by paying attention to the user experience and user interface with a design thinking approach which consists of four stages, namely empathize, define, ideate, and prototype. The mockup as output of the application will be tested with four tasks, namely branching without time pressure, branching with time pressure, linear without time pressure, and linear with time pressure. Usability testing of the application uses eye tracking which produces quantitative data in the form of completion time, number of errors, number of fixations, time to first fixation, and saccades number. Based on the results of quantitative data, a user interface is said to be good if completion time is short, number of errors is small, number of fixation is small, time to first fixation short, and the saccades number is small. In addition to quantitative data, qualitative data was collected in the form of a total score from the System Usability Scale (SUS) of 76.167 or in the good and heatmap or visualization of the eye view to determine the tendency resulting from the eye tracking. Several things that affect the results of the heatmap are the location of the touch targets they clicked before and the special treatment such as time pressure
