Abstract
PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri maritim, sekaligus menjadi perusahaan galangan terbesar di Indonesia. Dalam penerapan sistem manajemen mutu, perusahaan ini telah tersertifikasi ISO 9001:2015 sejak tahun 2021 oleh badan sertifikasi TÜV Nord. Melalui penerapan standar ISO 9001:2015 tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu sistem manajemen mutu perusahaan agar lebih efisien sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis keterkaitan penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 terhadap kinerja perusahaan untuk dapat memberikan informasi kepada perusahaan terkait variabel ISO 9001:2015 apa saja yang memberi pengaruh langsung atau tidak langsung serta secara signifikan atau tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga memberikan rekomendasi kepada perusahaan terkait dengan prioritas penyelesaian variabel Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 yang memiliki pengaruh kurang signifikan terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri atas tujuh klausul Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 dan dua perspektif Kinerja perusahaan serta menggunakan masing-masing indikator sebagai variabel manifes atau observed variable. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui survei penyebaran kuesioner dengan metode purposive sampling pada seluruh divisi PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan bantuan software yaitu SPSS dan AMOS 26. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara langsung terbesar pada klausul Dukungan terhadap perspektif Finansial, selanjutnya untuk pengaruh tidak langsung terbesar yaitu pada klausul Evaluasi Kinerja terhadap perspektif Finansial. Sedangkan berdasarkan hipotesis yang dikembangkan, diketahui bahwa seluruh klausul Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan hal ini didasarkan pada keputusan tolak !! pada seluruh hipotesis variabel Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015. Selain itu, berdasarkan hasil perhitungan kuesioner pengaruh Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan dengan persentase kontribusi setiap divisi didapatkan bahwa indikator Y2_9 atau Pelaksanaan Program Riset & Inovasi Bersama dipengaruhi paling besar oleh penerapan Sistem Manajemen Mutu ISO 9001:2015 sebesar 88,76% sedangkan untuk pengaruh terkecil yaitu pada indikator Y1_3 atau Cash from Operation sebesar 71,92%.

PT PAL Indonesia (Persero) is a company engaged in the maritime industry, as well as being the largest shipbuilding company in Indonesia. In implementing the quality management system, the company has been certified ISO 9001:2015 since 2021 by the certification service provider, TÜV Nord. Through the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, it is expected to help the company's quality management system to be more efficient in improving company performance. Therefore, in this research an implication analysis of implementation ISO 9001:2015 quality management system towards company performance was carried out in order to be able to provide information to companies related to ISO 9001:2015 variables that have a direct or indirect influence and significantly or insignificantly on company performance. This reseach also provides recommendations to companies related to the priority of completing the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System variable which has a less significant effect on company performance. This research is included in quantitative research with descriptive analysis approach using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The model used in this research consists of seven clauses of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and two perspectives on company performance and uses each indicator as a manifest variable or an observed variable. The data in this study used primary data through a questionnaire distribution survey with purposive sampling method in all divisions of PT PAL Indonesia (Persero). Data processing in this research was carried out using software, namely SPSS and AMOS 26. The results of this study indicate that there is the largest direct influence on the Support clause to the Financial perspective, then the largest indirect effect is the Performance Evaluation clause on the Financial perspective. Meanwhile, based on the developed hypothesis, it is known that all clauses of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System do not have a significant effect, this is based on the decision to reject H_0 on all hypotheses of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System variable. In addition, based on the results of the questionnaire calculation of the effect of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System on the Company's Performance with the percentage contribution of each division, it was found that the Y2_9 indicator or the Implementation of the Joint Research & Innovation Program was the most influenced by the implementation of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System of 88.76 % while the smallest effect is the indicator Y1_3 or Cash from Operation of 71.92%.
