Abstract

Konferensi video merupakan aplikasi yang memiliki peningkatan penggunaan di saat pandemi COVID-19 berlangsung. Dari segala sektor masih melaksanakan tugasnya secara jarak jauh (Work From Home) walaupun beberapa sektor telah melakukan hybrid secara bertahap. Microsoft Teams menawarkan beberapa fitur yang saling terintegrasi, terutama pada fitur konferensi video yang dimiliki. Namun, dibandingkan pengguna Microsoft Teams Video Conference, pengguna platform konferensi video lainnya cenderung lebih banyak digunakan walaupun fitur yang diberikan tidak selengkap Microsoft Teams. Penelitian tugas besar ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui faktor learnability pengguna awam terhadap Microsoft Teams Video Conference dengan menggunakan alat Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) yang khusus untuk mengukur faktor learnability kemudian dikombinasikan dengan penggunaan eye tracker untuk mengetahui secara langsung pergerakan bola mata dalam menyelesaikan task yang ada. Hasil dari penelitian ini nantinya akan digunakan sebagai masukkan dari pembuatan desain perbaikan untuk interface dari Microsoft Teams Video Conference.

Video conferencing is an application that has increased usage during the COVID-19 pandemic. From all sectors, they still carry out their duties remotely (Work From Home) although some sectors have been hybrid in stages. Microsoft Teams offers several integrated features, especially in its video conferencing features. However, compared to users of Microsoft Teams Video Conference, users of other video conferencing platforms tend to be used more even though the features provided are not as complete as Microsoft Teams. This research is intended to determine the learnability factor of inexperienced users towards Microsoft Teams Video Conference by using Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tool to measure the learnability factor then combined with the use of an eye tracker to directly determine the eye movement in solving existing scenarios. The results of this research will later be used as input for making an improvement design for the interface of the Microsoft Teams Video Conference.
