Abstract
PT. Perkebunan Nusantara XII merupakan salah satu perusahaan perkebunan yang terbesar di Indonesia. PT Perkebunan Nusantara memiliki perkebunan kakao yang luasnya termasuk terluas di Indonesia. Biji kakao PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII termasuk yang terbaik di Indonesia bahkan Internasional. Proses produksi pengolahan kakao dilaksanakan dan harus dipantau setiap hari sehingga dalam proses produksinya perlu diperhatikan keselamatan setiap pekerjanya. Dalam menegakkan penerapan K3 di lingkungan proses produksi kakao telah dilakukan seperti aturan yang berlaku maupun tindakan preventif dan beberapa tahun terakhir ini tidak terdapat laporan kecekalaan kerja pada proses produksi kakao. Dikarenakan hal tersebut perlu dilakukan evaluasi pada penerapan keselamatan pabrik kakao dengan pendekatan Safety-II. Dengan adanya pendekatan Safety-II yang fokus pada cara memastikan keberhasilan dari suatu proses. Untuk memahami proses produksi kakao bekerja dengan baik dan mengidentifikasi kemungkinan variabilitas kinerja dalam bentuk model. Model sistem tersebut dapat dibuat dengan menggunakan Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM). Mengikuti titik kritis yang ditemukan dari variabilitas kinerja, penilaian menggunakan Resilience Analysis Grid (RAG) digunakan untuk mengukur potencial resilience pekerja pabrik kakao dalam kegiatan operasional pada proses produksi kakao untuk mengetahui penerapan keselamatan pada lingkugan kerja sudah maksimal dan tidak terdapat hasil yang tidak diinginkan. Hasil dari model FRAM adalah terdapat kemungkinan variabilitas kinerja yang ditemukan pada fungsi memasukkan biji kakao basah ke dalam kotak fermentasi, memindahkan biji kakao basah dari kotak fermentasi ke kotak fermentasi selanjutnya, memindahkan biji kakao dari lantai penjemuran ke dalam karung, memasukkan biji kakao ke dalam kotak pengeringan dan memindahkan biji kakao dari kotak pengeringan ke dalam karung, dengan seluruh fungsi tersebut dapat dianalisis lebih lanjut menggunakan metode RAG. Hasilnya skor kemampuan respond 3,16, kemampuan monitor 2,07, kemampuan learn 3,55, dan kemampuan anticipate 3,48. Berdasarkan skor aspek resiliensi, rekomendasi yang diberikan adalah pengadaan material handling dan pengenalan penilaian indikator kinerja individu, sehingga kemampuan resiliensi dapat ditingkatkan.

PT Perkebunan Nusantara XII's cocoa beans are among the best in Indonesia and even internationally. The cocoa processing production process is carried out and must be monitored every day so that in the production process it is necessary to pay attention to the safety of every worker. In enforcing the application of K3 in the cocoa production process, the applicable regulations and preventive measures have been carried out and in recent years there have been no reports of work accidents in the cocoa production process. Due to this, it is necessary to evaluate the application of cocoa factory safety with the Safety-II approach. With the Safety-II approach, which focuses on how to ensure the success of a process. To understand the cocoa production process works well and identify possible performance variability in the form of a model. The system model can be created using the Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM). Following the critical points found from performance variability, an assessment using the Resilience Analysis Grid (RAG) was used to measure the potential resilience of cocoa factory workers in operational activities in the cocoa production process to determine whether the application of safety in the work environment was maximized and there were no undesirable results. The result of the FRAM model is that there is a possibility of performance variability found in the functions of putting wet cocoa beans into the fermentation box, moving wet cocoa beans from the fermentation box to the next fermentation box, transferring cocoa beans from the drying floor to the sack, putting cocoa beans into the box. drying and transferring cocoa beans from the drying box into sacks, with all of these functions can be further analyzed using the RAG method. The result is a response ability score of 3.16, monitoring ability 2.07, learning ability 3.55, and anticipating ability 3.48. Based on the resilience aspect score, the recommendations given are the procurement of material handling and the introduction of individual performance indicator assessments, so that resilience abilities can be improved.
