Abstract

Industri produk bayi merupakan industri yang akan tumbuh hingga tahun 2028 (Market Insight Reports, 2021). Dengan semakin berkembangnya industri produk bayi, persaingan antar industri juga akan semakin ketat. PT Cuddle Me Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan produk perlengkapan bayi. Salah satu kegiatan utama PT Cuddle Me Indonesia yang memegang peranan penting dalam proses bisnis perusahaan adalah mengelola Inventory Control. Kejadian tak terduga dapat terjadi jika tidak dikelola dengan baik. Contoh manajemen Inventory Control yang buruk adalah ketidakmampuan bahan baku untuk menjangkau departemen lain. PT Cuddle Me Indonesia belum memiliki data risiko apa yang akan terjadi dalam persediaannya control bahan baku. Manajemen risiko ini untuk menerapkan peraturan mengendalikan risiko yang akan terjadi. Manajemen risiko digunakan untuk mengambil keputusan yang berguna di masa depan. Dengan cara ini, perusahaan dapat mengambil risiko yang akan terjadi. Dalam penerapan manajemen risiko terdapat empat proses utama yaitu identifikasi risiko, penilaian risiko, analisis risiko, dan evaluasi risiko. Ada banyak metode yang tersedia untuk manajemen risiko, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) adalah salah satunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian manajemen risiko terhadap seluruh aktivitas operasi Inventory Control untuk menghasilkan profil risiko yang terjadi beserta cara penaganannya. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan FMEA diharapkan dapat menghasilkan langkah-langkah penaganan yang tepat dan rinci untuk setiap risiko dalam kegiatan operasional Inventory Control. sehingga operasi Inventory Control dapat berjalan seefektif dan seefisien mungkin. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi, terdapat 24 aktivitas operasional Inventory Control Gudang Bahan Baku dan 50 jenis risiko. Hasil dari klasifikasi, high risk 6%, medium risk 10%, dan low risk 84%. Langkah penanganan yang direkomendasikan pada risiko yang diprioritaskan berdasarkan klasifikasi risiko yang tergolong high risk dan medium risk memiliki proporsi 62% mitigate risk dan 38% avoid risk. Dari hasil penelitian tugas akhir, terdapat langkah penanganan yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan dengan kode risiko (R19). Kode risiko (R19) terletak pada aktivitas operasional penataan bahan baku dari titik point ke rak-rak yang ada di Gudang Bahan Baku dengan risiko yaitu kesalahan peletakan bahan baku pada rak-rak yang sudah ditentukan. Sehingga dampak dari risiko tersebut adalah lupa dalam mengelompokan bahan baku untuk produksi. Dilakukan penilaian severity, occurance, dan detection dihasilkan RPN 36 dan dikelompokan menjadi high risk. Dilakukan penanganan risiko dengan mitigate risk dan deskripsi langkah penanganan adalah dengan pembuatan tata letak bahan baku pada rak-rak yang tersedia.

One of the main activities of PT Cuddle Me Indonesia which plays an important role in the company's business processes is managing Inventory Control. Unexpected events can occur if not managed properly. An example of poor inventory control management is the inability of raw materials to reach other departments. PT Cuddle Me Indonesia does not yet have data on what risks will occur in its inventory control of raw materials. This risk management is to implement regulations to control risks that will occur. Risk management is used to make decisions that are useful in the future. In this way, companies can take risks that will occur. In the application of risk management, there are four main processes, namely risk identification, risk assessment, risk analysis, and risk evaluation. There are many methods available for risk management, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) is one of them. This study aims to conduct a risk management study of all Inventory Control operating activities to produce a risk profile that occurs and how to handle it. By using the FMEA approach, it is expected to produce precise and detailed handling steps for each risk in Inventory Control operational activities. so that Inventory Control operations can run as effectively and efficiently as possible. Based on the identification results, there are 24 operational activities of Inventory Control for Raw Material Warehouse and 50 types of risks. The results of the classification, high risk 6%, medium risk 10%, and low risk 84%. The recommended handling steps for prioritized risks based on risk classifications classified as high risk and medium risk have a proportion of 62% mitigate risk and 38% avoid risk. From the results of the final project research, there are handling steps that are applied by the company with a risk code (R19). The risk code (R19) is located in the operational activity of structuring raw materials from points to shelves in the Raw Materials Warehouse with the risk of misplacing raw materials on predetermined shelves. So the impact of these risks is forgetting to classify raw materials for production. Assessment of severity, Accurrence, and detection resulted in RPN 36 and grouped them into high risk. The risk is handled by mitigating risk and a description of the handling steps is to make the layout of the raw materials on the available shelves.
