Abstract

The development of public transportation modes to improve public convenience is one of the most anticipated developments by society and the government. Intercity public transportation in Indonesia has grown dramatically over the years, due to the rapid growth of technology. This progress is being continued; the government is currently constructing the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail project. The construction progress of the Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Rail Project (KCJB) has recently achieved 79.9 percent, which is approximately 80 percent in mainline. However, the relocation of High Voltage Overhead Wires (SUTT) and public utilities is still generating issues for the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail project. PT. XYZ is a private company that engages in contractor and supplier operations such as building construction, road construction, and moving facilities, along with other things. PT. XYZ participates in the High Voltage Overhead Wires relocation project to meet the demand for High Voltage Overhead Wires relocation in order to complete the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed rail project, but the activities of relocating High Voltage Overhead Wires, surely, have many risks that will occur. The risk identification process begins by identifying the probability of the existing flow process failing. The following step is to conduct risk analysis, assessment, and evaluation in accordance with risk management standards ISO 310000:2018 and to conduct risk assessments using Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. The processed hazards are assessed, and then risk categorization is performed based on three degrees of risk, namely high risk, moderate risk, and low risk. Validation is carried out based on the grouping findings using a form filled out by the company.

Pengembangan moda transportasi umum untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan masyarakat merupakan salah satu perkembangan yang paling dinanti oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah. Angkutan umum antar kota di Indonesia telah berkembang pesat dari tahun ke tahun, karena pesatnya pertumbuhan teknologi. Kemajuan ini sedang dilanjutkan; Pemerintah saat ini sedang membangun proyek kereta cepat Jakarta-Bandung. Progres konstruksi Proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung (KCJB) baru-baru ini mencapai 79,9 persen, yaitu sekitar 80 persen di jalur utama. Namun, relokasi Saluran Udara Tegangan Tinggi (SUTT) dan utilitas umum masih menimbulkan masalah untuk proyek kereta api cepat Jakarta-Bandung. PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dalam bidang kontraktor dan pemasok seperti pembangunan gedung, pembangunan jalan, fasilitas pemindahan, dan lain-lain. PT. XYZ ikut serta dalam proyek relokasi Kabel Overhead Tegangan Tinggi untuk memenuhi permintaan relokasi Kabel Overhead Tegangan Tinggi dalam rangka menyelesaikan proyek kereta cepat Jakarta-Bandung, namun kegiatan relokasi Kabel Overhead Tegangan Tinggi, tentu saja, memiliki banyak risiko yang akan terjadi. Proses identifikasi risiko dimulai dengan mengidentifikasi kemungkinan kegagalan aliran proses yang ada. Langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan analisis, penilaian, dan evaluasi risiko sesuai dengan standar manajemen risiko ISO 310000:2018 dan melakukan penilaian risiko menggunakan Failure Mode and Effect Analysis. Risiko yang diproses dinilai, kemudian dilakukan kategorisasi risiko berdasarkan tiga derajat risiko, yaitu risiko tinggi, risiko sedang, dan risiko rendah. Validasi dilakukan berdasarkan pengelompokan temuan dengan menggunakan formulir yang diisi oleh perusahaan.
