Abstract

Indonesia has around 272 million people, spread over 17,508 islands. Indonesia itself is divided into 34 provinces. Denpasar City is one of the many local governments that has an obligation to carry out government affairs which are the authority of the autonomous region. DPUPR is one of the services in Indonesia. One of the duties of the DPUPR is to handle the basic areas of public works and spatial planning. In carrying out public works, the DPUPR cooperates with the private sector to carry out government projects. Projects have many uncertainties that can affect achievement. However, the DPUPR itself still does not have an adequate risk management. Therefore, this research will conduct risk identification, assessment, and mitigation for DPUPR building construction project process. The risk identification method uses Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) to obtain the root cause of problems in each activity. The risk assessment method uses Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and Analytical Networking Process (ANP). Then risk will be prioritized using Pareto analysis to maximize the mitigation effort into high impact risk. The results of risk identification are 33 risks, where 16 are classified as priority risks. From the 16 risks, 17 recommended mitigation action plans were formed.
