Abstract
Thesis ini membahas sebuah filier aktif hibrida untuk meredam harmonisa dalam sistem daya di industri. Filter hibrida ini terdiri dari suatu filter aktif rating kecil dan suatu filter pasif yang ditala pada frekuensi harmonisa ke 5. Karaktoristik filter aktif didisain dari hasil deteksi arus harmonisa ke 5 yang mengalir ke filter pasif. Filter aktif ini dikontrol oleh suatu pengontrol pangaturan penguatan otomatis menggunakan metode logika fuzzy. Filter aktif ini dikontrol sehingga mempunyai karakteristik seperti resistor negatif atau resistor positif oleh pengaturan penguatan umpan balik. Resistor negatif ditampilkan oleh filter aktif yang akan melawan tahanan dalam (rg) filter pasif. sehingga filter hibrida bertindak sebagai suatu filter pasif ideal dengan faktor kualitas yang tinggi. Filter hibrida dapat meningkatkan peredaman harmonisa dibandingkan dengan filter pasif yang digunakan sendirian. Lebih jauh lagi filter aktif bertindak sebagai resistor positif untuk mencegah arus harmonisa yang berlebihan yang mengalir pada filter pasif.

This thesis present a hybrid active filter to damp harmonics in electric system in industries. This hybrid filter consist of aclive filter with small power rating and a passive filter tuned at 5" harmonics. Active filter characteristics are designed from the current of passive filter, especially the 5“ harmonics. The active filter is controlled by an automatic controller using Fuzzy Logic method. The active filter is controlled such that having characteristics similar to a negative or positive resistor. A negative resistance is represented by the active filter to cancel the internal resistance (rr) of the passive filter, thus the hybrid filter function as an ideal passive filter with high quality factor. This results in improved harmonic reduction compared to a stand alone passive filter. In addition, the hybrid filter can also control the harmonic flowing to the passive filter to avoid an over current.
