Abstract
Kebutuhan ikan laut di Indonesia semakin tahun semakin meningkat, karena itu dalam proses pengiriman ikan laut diperlukan proses penyimpanan yang tepat. Dengan penyimpanan yang tepat, dapat menjaga kualitas dari ikan agar tetap segar dan mencegah berkembangnya mirkoorganisme pada ikan. Seiring berkembangnya teknologi, metode refrigerasi pada palka kapal dapat menggunakan system Multi-Storage (Beku dan Segar). Perancangan Multi-Storage pada kapal pengangkut ikan bertujuan untuk memperpanjang masa simpan ikan dan juga menjaga kualitas dari pegangkutan ikan di Multi-Storage. Multi Storage pada kapal pengangkut ikan ini membutuhkan biaya investasi sebesar Rp2.618.686.458 dan biaya operasional Rp32.572.463.734 dalam setahun. Berdasarkan hasil Analisa kelayakan ekonomis dengan masa proyek 20 tahun, perancangan Multi-Storage pada kapal pengangkut ikan dalam penelitian, dengan metode Net Present Value (NPV) menghasilkan nilai Rp22,74 Milyar, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) menghasilkan nilai 25,4%, dengan Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) menghasilkan nilai 8,65, serta metode Payback Period memberikan kesimpulan bahwa waktu yang dibutuhkan untuk pengembalian modal adalah 2 tahun. Dari keempat metode, secara umum perancangan Multi Storage pada kapal pengangkut ikan layak untuk dijalankan karena telah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan investasi. Berdasarkan Analisa sensitivitas, dengan sampel harga rendah (-3%) memberikan waktu pengembalian selama 5 tahun dengan nilai NPV Rp4,67 Milyar, sementara dengan sampel harga tinggi (+3%) memberikan waktu pengembalian hanya 1 tahun, dengan nilai NPV Rp41,82 Milyar. Sementara Analisa sensitivitas karena perubahan muatan memberikan waktu pengembalian hanya 2 tahun, dengan nilai NPV Rp2 Milyar.

The need for marine fish in Indonesia is increasing every year, therefore in the process of shipping marine fish, proper storage processes are needed. With proper storage, it can maintain the quality of fish to keep it fresh and prevent the development of microorganisms in fish. As technology develops, the refrigeration method in the ship's hold can use the Multi-Storage (Frozen and Fresh) system. The design of Multi-Storage on fish carrier aims to extend the shelf life of fish and also maintain the quality of fish transportation in Multi-Storage. Multi Storage on this fishing vessel requires investment costs of Rp.2,618,686,458 and operating costs of Rp.32,838,480,194 in a year. Based on the results of the economic feasibility analysis with a project period of 20 years, the design of Multi-Storage on fish transport vessels in the study, with the Net Present Value (NPV) method produces a value of Rp. 23.65 billion, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) produces a value of 25.3%. , with the Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) yielding a value of 8.89, and the Payback Period method concludes that the time required for a return on investment is 2 years. Of the four methods, in general the design of Multi Storage on fish transport vessels is feasible because it has met the investment feasibility criteria. Based on sensitivity analysis, the low price sample (-3%) provides a payback period of 6 years with an NPV value of IDR 4.4 billion, while the high price sample (+3%) provides a payback period of only 1 year, with an NPV value of IDR 38.11 billion. Meanwhile, the sensitivity analysis due to changes in load provides a payback period of only 2 years, with an NPV value of IDR 23,59 billion.
