Abstract

Banyaknya kecurangan-kecurangan yang dilakukan oleh pihak manajemen kapal dengan melakukan pencurian dan penjualan bahan bakar pada saat kapal melakukan pelayaran membuat pihak manajemen kapal banyak mengalami kerugian tidak hanya itu belum adanya sistem monitoring pemakaian bahan bakar pada kapal secara langsung yang bisa diakses oleh pihak manajemen kapal. Sistem pengambilan keputusan yang dirancang menggunakan logika fuzzy dengan tipe mamdani dengan 8 variabel masukan yaitu Kecepatan service (knot), beban (Ton), Arah arus, kecepatan Angin, RPM, SFOC (gr/Kwh), jarak (miles) dan, variabel keluaran yaitu Fuel Oil Consumption, kecepatan service dan kecepatan angin. Keakuratan hasil sistem pengambilan estimasi dibandingkan dengan data aktual mendapati selisih dari sistem fuzzy sebesar 0,204229 TON dapat mengestimasikan pemakaian bahan bakar dan bisa mengambil langkah-langkah yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pemakaian bahan bakar

The number of frauds carried out by the ship management by stealing and selling fuel when the ship is sailing has made the ship management experience a lot of losses, not only that there is no direct fuel consumption monitoring system on the ship that can be accessed by the ship management . The decision-making system is designed using fuzzy logic with Mamdani type with seven input variables, namely Engine (Rpm), Load (Ton), Water flow, SFOC (Specific Fuel Oil Consumption) (grams/kWh) and voyage distance (miles), output variables namely Fuel Oil Consumption, service speed and wind speed. The accuracy of the estimation system results compared with the actual data found an error with 0.076% the central management can estimate fuel consumption and can take the necessary steps to improve fuel efficiency.
