Abstract
Mutual aid is highly valued in Malaysian society, and volunteering is encouraged, especially in academic institutions. Students make significant contributions to the well-being of the community by actively participating in a variety of volunteer programs. Information about volunteer opportunities is currently dispersed in an ineffective and disjointed manner. Effective reach and coordination are hampered by the dispersion of information across social media sites like Facebook and Instagram, which are not made for this purpose. The government's capacity to gather information on community needs and evaluate well-being is further restricted by the absence of a centralized platform. In order to solve this issue, this study suggests the "UTP Care" application. UTP Care seeks to offer a centralized platform that links resources and volunteers with people and organizations in need. The application will reduce the likelihood of conflicts, enable people to ask for help, and effectively distribute information to volunteers. This study's scope includes the development and execution of UTP Care, with an emphasis on enhancing volunteer impact and coordination on Malaysian college campuses. The application will act as a comprehensive database for volunteer activity data, expedite assistance requests, and enable quick problem solving through focused volunteer engagement. This will enhance public involvement in campus development, foster equitable prosperity, and maximize the use of university human resources for community development. UTP Care, created with Power Apps and hosted on SharePoint, will be available on both the web and Android platforms. Record and presentations will utilize Word and PowerPoint, respectively
