Abstract

PT PLN Iconplus memerlukan digitalisasi proses pengajuan internal untuk meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen, seperti perizinan, lembur, dan biaya perjalanan dinas. Laporan Kerja Praktik ini mendokumentasikan proses perancangan User Interface dan implementasi front-end untuk Aplikasi Approval. Pengembangan ini dilakukan dengan sistem iterasi yang meliputi tiga iterasi untuk memastikan pengalaman pengguna yang optimal dan selaras dengan identitas perusahaan. Desain antarmuka dibuat menggunakan Aplikasi Figma, sementara implementasi front-end menggunakan Aplikasi Android Studio dengan bahasa pemrograman Kotlin dan XML. Hasil dari kerja praktik ini merupakan prototype aplikasi fungsional yang mencakup fitur utama seperti halaman beranda yang meringkas ajuan-ajuan, daftar pengajuan dengan sistem pencarian dan sorting secara dinamis, rincian pengajuan yang dilengkapi pelacakan, serta desain push notification. Pengujian fungsionalitas dilakukan dengan metode Black Box dengan hasil seluruh skenario pengujian berhasil terpenuhi. ================================================================================================================================
PT PLN Iconplus is in need of a digitalized internal approval system to increase their management efficiency, such as permits, overtime, and travel expenses. This report will document the process of creating the User Interface and Implementing the Front-end for the Approval App. The development uses an iteration method that includes three iterations to ensure optimal user experience and is in line with the company’s image. The user interface is design used the Figma app, whereas the front-end used Google’s Android Studio built-in Kotlin and XML languages. The output of this report would be a prototype of the application that includes features such as the homepage that has quick-actions, list of approvals page with a search and sort system, a history page complete with its tracker, as well as the design for a push notification. The fungsionality evaluation was done by using the Black Box method with every single evaluation scenario fulfilled.
