Abstract
Elemen garis untuk alam semesta berkembang diberikan oleh metrik Friedmann-Robertson-Walker (FRW) dengan jari-jari semesta R(t) merupakan fungsi yang akan ditentukan oleh persamaan Einstein. Model FRW memiliki 3 tipe yang dapat dibedakan berdasarkan kelengkungannya. Faktor kelengkungan bergantung pada parameter k yang memiliki nilai +1, 0, -1. Di dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis dengan program simbolik menggunakan software matemathica 7.0. Hasil yang diperoleh berupa grafik-grafik yang menggambarkan jagad raya tertutup, terbuka dan datar.

The line element for expanding universe is given by FriedmannRobertson-Walker metric(FRW) with the radius of Universe R(t) is the function that is determined by the Einstein equation. Model FRW have 3 tipes that can disguised by its curvature. The factor of curvature depends with parameter k that have the value +1,0,- 1. In this research, It is analized with the simbolic program with mathematica 7.0 software. The result that is obtained is graphics about universe that is closed' open and flat.
