Abstract
Dalam menyongsong revolusi industri 4.0, kita dihadapkan oleh berbagai kemajuan dimana dunia telah mengalami transformasi di bidang teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) cukup pesat yang menyebabkan adanya transformasi industri secara besar-besaran. Dalam menghadapi hal tersebut, pemerintah Indonesia memperkenalkan “Making Indonesia 4.0”, dimana Kementerian Perindustrian Republik Indonesia merilis sebuah dokumen bernama Indonesia Industry 4.0 Readiness Index atau INDI 4.0 sebagai indeks untuk mengukur kesiapan industri Indonesia dalam bertransformasi menuju Industri 4.0. Selain itu, dengan dikeluarkannya Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian Republik Indonesia Nomor 21 Tahun 2020 tentang Pengukuran Tingkat Kesiapan Industri dalam Bertransformasi Menuju Industri 4.0, Badan Usaha Milik Negara wajibkan melaksanakan asesmen kesiapan industri 4.0 di perusahaannya. Dari sekian banyak sektor industri yang ada di Indonesia, sektor Agroindustri merupakan salah satu sektor yang potensial dan menyumbang peningkat PDB bagi Indonesia. Sebagai salah satu BUMN yang bergerak di sektor Agroindustri, PT. Petrokimia Gresik tentu diwajibkan untuk melakukan asesmen terhadap lima pilar utama INDI 4.0 untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kesiapan perusahaan menuju Industri 4.0 berdasarkan hasil analisis skor penilaian dan pembobotan. Penyusunan peta rencana transformasi industri merupakan sebuah acuan yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan dalam meningkatkan status kesiapannya menuju Industri 4.0. Penyusunan peta rencana akan didasari pada hasil analisis skor penilaian, pembobotan, dan tingkat kesenjangan dan kondisi ideal yang diharapkan. Peta akan mengandung rekomendasi dan roadmap yang akan membantu perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi untuk melakukan digitalisasi dan transformasi industri terhadap kegiatan operasional dan aspek-aspek pendukung kemajuan perusahaan.

In welcoming the industrial revolution 4.0, we are faced with various advances where the world has undergone a fairly rapid transformation in the field of information and communication technology (ICT) which has led to a massive digital transformation. In dealing with this, the Indonesian government introduced "Making Indonesia 4.0", where the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia released a document called the Indonesia Industry 4.0 Readiness Index or INDI 4.0 as an index to measure the readiness of Indonesian industry to transform towards Industry 4.0. Beside, with the issuance of the Regulation of the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2020 concerning Measurement of the Level of Industrial Readiness in Transforming Towards Industry 4.0, State-Owned Enterprises are required to carry out an assessment of industry 4.0 readiness in their companies. Of the many industrial sectors in Indonesia, the agro-industry sector is one of the potential sectors and contributes to the increase in GDP for Indonesia. As one of the state-owned enterprises engaged in the agroindustry sector, PT. Petrokimia Gresik is of course required to conduct an assessment of the five main pillars of INDI 4.0 to identify the company's level of readiness towards Industry 4.0 based on the results of the assessment and weighting score analysis. The preparation of an industrial transformation plan map is a reference that can be used by companies in improving their readiness status towards Industry 4.0. The preparation of the plan map will be based on the results of the analysis of the assessment score, weighting, and the level of gaps and the expected ideal conditions. The roadmap will contain recommendations and a roadmap that will assist the company in formulating a strategy for digitizing and transforming operational activities and aspects that support the company's progress.
