Abstract
Naptha hydrotreater unit (NHT) adalah suau proses untuk mengolah heavy naptha dengan menggunakan prinsip hydrotreating sehingga menghasilkan naptha yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan untuk proses selanjutnya. Terdapat 2 alat yang diamati pada penelitian ini yang memiliki tingkat risiko tinggi, yaitu charge heater dan reboiler heater. Dalam menganalisis dan mengetahui potensi bahaya yang ditimbulkan dalam naptha hydrotreater unit ini dilakukan dengan metode HAZOP dan analisis nilai SIL dengan menggunakan Interval Fuzzy Type 2. Interval type 2 FLS ini dipilih karena metode ini memiliki nilai ketidakpastian yang mampu menghasilkan output yang akurat. Dari hasil analisis HAZOP didapat 67,18 % skenario bernilai rendah, 28,12 % skenario bernilai menengah, dan 4,70 % skenario bernilai tinggi. Selanjutnya dilanjutkan simulasi menggunakan Interval Type 2 Fuzzy Logic System untuk menentukan nilai SIL Rating. Pada simulasi ini dilakukan dengan nilai Footprint of Uncertainly ( FOU ) sebesar ±0.25 dan dilakukan melalui 3 tahapan. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi didapat nilai SIL Rating yang selanjutnya dilakukan validasi dengan nilai SIL perhitungan LOPA. Didapat 11 skenario memiliki SIL Rating sama dan 4 skenario memiliki SIL Rating yang berbeda.

Naptha hydrotreater unit (NHT) is a process for processing heavy naphtha using the principle of hydrotreating so as to produce naptha that is suitable for the needs for further processing. There are 2 tools observed in this study that have a high level of risk, namely the charge heater and the reboiler heater. In analyzing and knowing the potential dangers posed in the naptha hydrotreater unit, the HAZOP method and SIL value analysis were carried out using the Fuzzy Interval Type 2. The FLS type 2 interval was chosen because this method has an uncertainty value that is able to produce output accurateFrom the HAZOP analysis results obtained 67.18% low value scenario, 28.12% medium value scenario, and 4.70% high value scenario. Then proceed with the simulation using Interval Type 2 Fuzzy Logic System to determine the SIL Rating value. This simulation is carried out with a Footprint of Uncertainly (FOU) value of ±0.25 and is carried out through 3 stages. Based on the simulation results, the SIL Rating value is obtained which is then validated with the LOPA calculation SIL value. There were 11 scenarios having the same SIL Rating and 4 scenarios having different SIL Ratings.
