Abstract
Pemeliharaan bangunan gedung dan utilitas merupakan suatau hal yang penting dalam menjaga kekokohan bangunan gedung dan juga menjaga fungsi fasilitas yang ada dalam gedung. Terlebih bila gedung tersebut digunakan oleh khalayak umum dengan intensitas penggunaan yang sangat tinggi setiap harinya seperti Bandar Udara. Upaya pemeliharaan dan perawatan bangunan gedung dan sistem utilitasnya dengan kategori gedung berskala besar sangat berpotensi untuk menimbulkan risiko kecelakaan kerja. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kondisi lingkungan kerja dan juga peralatan pendukung proses kerja yang tidak umum digunakan sehari-hari memiliki pengaruh untuk mencelakai pekerja bila pekerja tersebut tidak paham akan kondisi dan cara penanganan lingkungan maupun peralatan pendukung. Oleh karena hal tersebut, indentifikasi risiko kecelakaan kerja harus dilakukan dalam setiap detail proses penyelesaian kerja, agar dapat diketahui jenis kecelakaan apa saja yang berpotensi untuk terjadi dalam proses pemeliharaan dan perawatan itu sendiri. Dan juga agar dapat dianalisa seberapa berat masing-masing potensi risiko kecelakaan yang dapat terjadi. Pemahaman terhadap potensi kecelakaan, tingkat risiko, dan juga penanganannya pun sangat penting untuk diukur pada setiap individu. Pada Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda yang dikelola oleh PT Angkasa Pura I, terdapat departemen yang bertanggung jawab terhadap segala risiko kesehatan dan keselamatan, yaitu adalah Occupational Safety Health Department (OSH). Departemen tersebut memilikin 7 fungsi manajemen yang berperan untuk menjaga kenyamanan, keamanan, dan kesehatan lingkungan kerja pada Bandara Internasional Juanda. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kecelakaan dan tingkat risikonya, serta mengukur tingkat kematangan knowledge management dari Departemen OSH di Bandara Internasional Juanda. Hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah Departemen OSH siap dan memiliki sistem yang mumpuni untuk memegang tanggung jawa kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja pada proses pemeliharaan bangunan gedung dan utilitas gedung baru Terminal 1 Bandara Internasional Juanda. Identifikasi risiko dan analisis tingkat risiko dilakukan menggunakan metode Job Safety Analysis (JSA), sedangkan pengukuran kematangan knowledge management dilakukan menggunakan metode General Knowledge Management Maturity Model (G-KMMM).

Maintenance of buildings and utilities is an important thing in maintaining the sturdiness of the building and also maintaining the function of the existing facilities in the building. Especially if the building is used by the general public with a very high intensity of use every day such as an airport. Efforts to maintain and maintain buildings and their utility systems with the category of large-scale buildings have the potential to pose a risk of work accidents. This is because the conditions of the work environment as well as supporting equipment for work processes that are not commonly used on a daily basis have the effect of harming workers if the workers do not understand the conditions and how to handle the environment as well as the supporting equipment. Because of this, the identification of the risk of work accidents must be carried out in every detail of the work completion process, so that it can be seen what types of accidents have the potential to occur in the maintenance and maintenance process itself. And also so that it can be analyzed how heavy each potential risk of accidents that can occur. An understanding of the potential for accidents, the level of risk, and also their handling is very important to measure for each individual. At Juanda International Airport which is managed by PT Angkasa Pura I, there is a department that is responsible for all health and safety risks, namely the Occupational Safety Health Department (OSH). The department has 7 management functions that play a role in maintaining the comfort, safety, and health of the work environment at Juanda International Airport. This research was conducted to identify potential accidents and the level of risk, as well as to measure the maturity level of knowledge management from the OSH Department at Juanda International Airport. This is done to find out whether the OSH Department is ready and has a capable system to assume responsibility for occupational health and safety in the process of building maintenance and utilities for the new Terminal 1 Juanda International Airport. Risk identification and risk level analysis are carried out using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method, while the measurement of knowledge management maturity is carried out using the General Knowledge Management Maturity Model (G-KMMM) method.
