Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang telekomunikasi dan memiliki risiko operasional yang tinggi dalam kegiatan kerjanya. Divisi Asset berperan penting dalam menjamin keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja (K3) di lingkungan perusahaan. Namun, proses pelaporan insiden kecelakaan kerja dan temuan bahaya masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan formulir kertas, aplikasi pesan singkat, serta lembar kerja yang tidak terintegrasi. Kondisi tersebut menyebabkan pengelolaan data menjadi kurang efektif, rekapitulasi laporan bulanan memerlukan waktu yang lama, serta menyulitkan dalam pelacakan riwayat investigasi kecelakaan. Laporan Kerja Praktik ini membahas pengembangan Sistem Informasi Monitoring dan Pelaporan K3 berbasis web sebagai upaya digitalisasi proses pelaporan dan pengarsipan data keselamatan kerja. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan framework Next.js dengan basis data PostgreSQL yang dikelola melalui Prisma ORM. Aplikasi dirancang dengan fitur pelaporan insiden dan temuan bahaya yang dapat diakses oleh pegawai melalui antarmuka web responsif. Selain itu, sistem dilengkapi dengan fitur pembuatan dokumen laporan dalam format PDF secara otomatis, notifikasi real-time melalui Telegram kepada tim Asset, serta dasbor analitik untuk memantau tren kecelakaan kerja dan temuan bahaya secara periodik. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan data K3, mempercepat proses pelaporan dan penanganan insiden, serta mempermudah proses administrasi dan penyusunan laporan keselamatan kerja. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat mendukung manajemen dalam melakukan monitoring keselamatan kerja secara lebih terstruktur dan terintegrasi.

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is a telecommunications company with high operational risks in its daily activities. The Asset Division plays an important role in ensuring occupational health and safety (OHS) within the company environment. However, the process of reporting workplace accidents and hazard findings is still carried out manually using paper forms, instant messaging applications, and non-integrated spreadsheets. These conditions result in ineffective data management, time-consuming monthly report recapitulation, and difficulties in tracking the history of accident investigations. This Internship Report discusses the development of a web-based Occupational Health and Safety Monitoring and Reporting Information System as an effort to digitalize the reporting and archiving process of workplace safety data. The system was developed using the Next.js framework with a PostgreSQL database managed through Prisma ORM. The application was designed with incident and hazard reporting features that can be accessed by employees through a responsive web interface. In addition, the system is equipped with automatic PDF report generation, real-time Telegram notifications to the Asset team, and an analytical dashboard to monitor trends in workplace accidents and hazard findings periodically.
The implementation results show that the developed system is capable of improving the effectiveness of OHS data management, accelerating the reporting and incident handling process, and simplifying administrative tasks and workplace safety report preparation. This system is expected to support management in conducting workplace safety monitoring in a more structured and integrated manner.
