Abstract

Indonesia memiliki kondisi alam yang tergolong rawan terhadap bencana alam misalnya bencana tanah longsor, terutama saat intensitas hujan tinggi. Berdasarkan data BPBD salah Kabupaten Probolinggo termasuk kategori rawan terjadi tanah longsor. Berdasarkan hasil Rekap Data Kejadian Bencana Pusat Pengendalian Operasi Penanggulangan Bencana (Pusdalops PB), kejadian bencana tanah longsor mendominasi yakni dengan 49 kali dari 106 kejadian bencana alam periode 2021. Oleh karena itu, penelitian kali ini ditujukan untuk melakukan pemetaan dalam memperkirakan daerah yang berpotensi terkena tanah longsor longsor di Kabupaten Probolinggo melalui 4 (empat) parameter penentu kerawanan tanah longsor, yaitu tutupan lahan dari citra Landsat 8, curah hujan, jenis tanah, dan kemiringan lereng dari data DEMNAS. Selain itu, juga dilakukan analisis tentang kerentanan sosial maupun lingkungan terhadap bencana tanah longsor. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode skoring dan pembobotan. Kerawanan tanah longsor dibedakan menjadi 4 (empat) tingkat, yaitu rendah, sedang, tinggi, dan sangat tinggi. Kecamatan yang didominasi oleh tingkat potensi rendah adalah Kecamatan Leces yakni 90,9% dari luas satu kecamatan. Sedangkan kecamatan yang didominasi oleh tingkat potensi sangat tinggi adalah Kecamatan Krucil yakni 21,8% dari luas satu kecamatan. Hasil peta kerawanan diperoleh tingkat korelasi sebesar 0,504 atau 50,4% melalui metode korelasi rank Spearman dan termasuk kriteria cukup/moderat dalam tingkat kekuatan rank Spearman. Selain itu, tingkat risiko kerentanan sosial dan lingkungan juga dibagi menjadi rendah, sedang, tinggi, dan sangat tinggi. Kecamatan Maron merupakan wilayah yang dominan dengan tingkat risiko kerentanan sosial yang sangat tinggi, yaitu 33,7% dari luas satu kecamatan. Sedangkan pada wilayah kerentanan lingkungan yang didominasi oleh tingkat risiko kerentanan sangat tinggi adalah Kecamatan Krucil yaitu 88,5% dari luas satu kecamatan.

In addition, an analysis of social and environmental vulnerability to landslides is also carried out. The method used is the method of scoring and weighting. Landslide hazard is divided into 4 (four) levels, namely low, medium, high, and very high. The sub-district which is dominated by the low potential level is Leces Sub-district, which is 90.9% of the area of one sub-district. While the sub-district which is dominated by a very high level of potential is Krucil Sub-district, which is 21.8% of the area of one sub-district. The results of the hazard map obtained a correlation level of 0.504 or 50.4% through the Spearman rank correlation method and includes moderate criteria in the Spearman rank strength level. In addition, the level of social and environmental vulnerability risk is also divided into low, medium, high, and very high. Maron Sub-district is a dominant area with a very high level of social vulnerability risk, which is 33.7% of the area of one sub-district. Meanwhile, in the area of environmental vulnerability risk which is dominated by a very high level of vulnerability risk, Krucil Sub-district is 88.5% of the area of one sub-district.
