Abstract
Salah satu bagian dari konstruksi kapal adalah sekat. Sekat digunakan untuk membatasi/ melokalisir bahaya kebakaran atau kebocoran, membagi bagian-bagian kapal, dan memperkuat konstruksi kapal. Kelelahan dapat dialami oleh bagian sekat yang terkena beban. Dilakukan analisis perhitungan tegangan buckling pada sekat bergelombang yang diakibatkan oleh adanya retak permulaan. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian adalah mengetahui tegangan kritis setiap variasi panjang retak mula-mula. Data kapal penelitian ini didapatkan penelitian sebelumnya. Variasi panjang retak yang digunakan yaitu panjang 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 175 mm, dan 200 mm. Setelah dilakukan simulasi pada setiap variasi, dilakukan analisis dan perhitungan untuk mendapatkan tegangan kritis setiap variasi. Tegangan kritis terbesar terjadi pada variasi model sekat bergelombang dengan panjang retak 50 mm yaitu sebesar 207.6 MPa. Sementara tegangan kritis terkecil terjadi pada variasi model panjang retak 200 mm yaitu sebesar 207.39 MPa.

One part of the ship's construction is the bulkhead. Bulkheads are used to limit/localize fire or leak hazards, divide ship parts, and strengthen ship construction. Fatigue can be experienced by the bulkhead exposed to the load. An analysis of the calculation of the buckling stress on the corrugated bulkhead was carried out due to the initial crack. The purpose of this research is to know the critical stress for each variation of the initial crack length. The data of this research vessel was obtained from previous research. The crack length variations used are 50 mm, 75 mm, 100 mm, 150 mm, 175 mm, and 200 mm. After the simulation has been carried out for each variation, analysis and calculations are carried out to obtain the critical stress for each variation. The greatest critical stress occurs in the variation of the corrugated bulkhead model with a crack length of 50 mm, which is 207.6 MPa. Meanwhile, the smallest critical stress occurs in the variation of the 200 mm crack length model, which is 207.39 MPa.
