Abstract

Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok menjadi salah satu pelabuhan tersibuk di Indonesia. Pesatnya pertumbuhan petikemas membuat arus kendaraan menuju Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok padat serta eksekusi container lebih lama. Dry Port memiliki peran CIQ seperti pelabuhan sehingga dapat mengurai kepadatan serta meningkatkan produktivitas pelabuhan. Seperti Dry Port Cikarang yang menangani barang dari kawasan hinterland timur jabodetabek. Disisi lain keberadaan dry port cikarang menimbulkan pertanyaan terkait biaya dan waktu logistik. Oleh karena itu, analisis dilakukan dengan menguraikan proses logistik yang terjadi dari kawasan industri menuju Pelabuhan Tanjung Priok dan Cikarang Dry Port serta menghitung biaya dan waktu dari masing-masing prosesnya. Hasilnya biaya logistik yang dibutuhkan dengan melalui Cikarang Dry Port lebih murah dengan waktu yang lebih singkat dibandingkan tanpa melalui Cikarang Dry Port, meskipun biaya transportasi lebih mahal pada kontainer FCL ekspor dan impor.

Tanjung Priok Port is one of the busiest ports in Indonesia. The rapid growth of containers makes the flow of vehicles to Tanjung Priok Port congested and container execution takes longer. Dry Port has a CIQ role like a port so that it can reduce congestion and increase port productivity. Such as Dry Port Cikarang which handles goods from the eastern hinterland area of Jabodetabek. On the other hand, the existence of the Cikarang dry port raises questions regarding logistics costs and time. Therefore, the analysis is carried out by outlining the logistics process that occurs from the industrial area to the Tanjung Priok Port and Cikarang Dry Port and calculating the cost and time of each process. As a result, the logistics costs needed by going through the Cikarang Dry Port are cheaper with a shorter time than without going through the Cikarang Dry Port, although transportation costs are more expensive for export and import FCL containers.
