Abstract
Minyak dan gas bumi adalah sumber energi yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh manusia. Untuk menunjang hal tersebut dibutuhkan sebuah anjungan lepas pantai (Offshore Platform). Proses struktur berpindah dari tempat fabrikasi menuju lokasi pemasangan dilalui beberapa tahapan. Salah satu tahapan pekerjaan tersebut adalah loadout. Proses loadout dapat dilakukan melalui beberapa cara dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai factor mulai dari berat dan dimensi fisik dari jacket hingga ketersediaan peralatan yang dibutuhkan selama proses loadout. Loadout Jacket dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa metode, yaitu metode lifting, skidding, dan SPMT. Meskipun tahap loadout merupakan proses yang relative singkat, namun tahap ini sangat penting, Jika proses ini tidak dilakukan dengan baik, maka dapat menyebabkan kegagalan yang merugikan asset, lingkungan, hingga pekerja. Sehingga dalam proses loadout dibutuhkan pemilihan metode yang tepat selama proses loadout berlangsung. Pada tugas akhir ini akan dilakukan pemilihan metode loadout menggunakan Analytical Hierarchy Process. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa metode yang paling tepat adalah SPMT karena memiliki urutan prioritas global tertinggi. Adapun pemilihan berdasarkan 3 kriteria yaitu teknis, ekonomis, dan keselamatan. Selanjutnya dilakukan identifikasi dan analisa resiko kecelakaan kerja menggunakan metode Fault Tree Analysis. Dari hasil FTA didapatkan 41 basic event yang berpotensi menyebabkan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja dengan probabilitas terjadinya kecelakaan kerja pada proses loadout metode SPMT sebesar 2.8 x 10-2. Kemudian dilakukan perhitungan pembebanan roda karena memiliki dampak yang berbahaya sehingga perlu dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut. Dari hasil analisis didapatkan bahwa beban yang diterima untuk sistem trailer yaitu Axle Line, Bogies, dan Tyres tidak melebihi beban maksimal yang diizinkan sehingga trailer masih dalam batas aman sehingga kegagalan rangkaian SPMT mengalami kelebihan beban cargo dapat dicegah.

Oil and gas are energy sources that are needed by humans. To support this, an offshore platform is needed. The process of moving the structure from the fabrication site to the installation site goes through several stages. One of the stages is loadout. The loadout process can be carried out in several ways by considering various factors ranging from the weight and physical dimensions of the jacket to the availability of equipment needed during the loadout process. Loadout Jacket can be done by several methods, namely lifting, skidding, and SPMT methods. Although the loadout stage is a relatively short process, this stage is very important. If this process is not carried out properly, it can cause failures that are detrimental to assets, the environment, and workers. So that in the loadout process, it is necessary to choose the right method during the loadout process. In this final project, the loadout method will be selected using the Analytical Hierarchy Process. From the results of the study it was found that the most appropriate method is SPMT because it has the highest global priority order. The selection is based on 3 criteria, namely technical, economical, and safety. Furthermore, identification and risk analysis of work accidents is carried out using the Fault Tree Analysis method. From the results of the FTA, there are 41 basic events that have the potential to cause work accidents with the probability of a work accident occurring in the SPMT method loadout process of 2.8 x 10-2. Then the wheel load calculation is carried out because it has a dangerous impact so that further analysis is needed. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the load received for the trailer system, namely Axle Line, Bogies, and Tires did not exceed the maximum allowable load so that the trailer was still within safe limits so that the failure of the SPMT circuit to overload cargo could be prevented.
