Abstract
Berdasarkan tren kenaikan angka positif COVID-19, pemerintah Indonesia menegaskan kepada masyarakatnya untuk selalu menaati protokol kesehatan. Menggunakan masker wajah pada area publik merupakan salah satu kewajiban guna mencegah persebaran virus COVID-19. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem yang dapat mendeteksi pemakaian masker wajah dengan merancang sistem deteksi pemakaian masker wajah berbasis pemrograman WebSocket. Sistem informasi deteksi pemakaian masker wajah yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan pada Single-Board Computer secara realtime. Model yang dibuat dapat mendeteksi apakah seseorang menggunakan masker wajah, tidak menggunakan masker wajah dengan benar, atau tidak menggunakan masker wajah. Cara kerja sistem ini adalah dengan menggunakan kamera sebagai masukan gambar yang kemudian melalui proses ekstraksi ROI (Region of Interest) wajah dan akan diprediksi menggunakan algoritme SSD dan MobileNetV2 untuk menentukan pemakaian masker wajah seseorang. Hasil deteksi tersebut kemudian akan ditampilkan ke sistem informasi dalam bentuk aplikasi web melalui protokol WebSocket dan menyimpan informasi tersebut ke dalam basis data. Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem deteksi masker wajah dapat menjaga ketertiban dan mencegah penyebaran virus pada pandemi COVID-19.

Based on the upward trend in the positive number of COVID-19, the Indonesian government emphasized to its people to always obey health protocols. Using a face mask in public areas is one of the obligations to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Therefore, in public areas, a system that can detect the use of face masks is needed by designing a detection system for the use of face masks in public areas based on WebSocket programming. The developed face mask detection information system can be used on a Single-Board Computer in real time. The model created can detect whether someone is using a face mask, not using a face mask correctly, or not using a face mask. The way this system works is by using a camera as an image input which then goes through a process of facial ROI (Region of Interest) extraction and will be predicted using SSD and MobileNetV2 algorithms to determine the use of a person's face mask. The detection results will then be displayed to the information system in the form of a web application via the WebSocket protocol and store the information in a database. It is hoped that the mask detection system can maintain order and prevent the spread of the virus during the COVID-19 pandemic.
