Abstract
Polusi udara merupakan salah satu permasalahan lingkungan yang sangat krusial bagi kesehatan masyarakat, terutama di kota-kota besar seperti DKI Jakarta. Tingkat polusi udara yang tinggi dapat memberikan dampak buruk bagi kesehatan manusia, seperti penyakit pernapasan dan kardiovaskular. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sistem yang dapat memprediksi tingkat polusi udara agar masyarakat dapat melakukan tindakan pencegahan. Indeks Standar Pencemar Udara (ISPU) merupakan indikator yang digunakan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai tingkat polusi udara. Pada penelitian ini, diusulkan metode LSTM-FCNN untuk melakukan peramalan ISPU. Metode LSTM digunakan untuk menangkap dependensi jangka panjang dari data deret waktu, sedangkan FCNN digunakan untuk mengekstraksi fitur dari data. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan mampu memberikan performa yang baik dalam melakukan peramalan ISPU.

Air pollution is one of the most crucial environmental problems for public health, especially in large cities such as DKI Jakarta. High levels of air pollution can have adverse effects on human health, such as respiratory and cardiovascular diseases. Therefore, a system is needed that can predict air pollution levels so that the public can take preventive measures. The Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) is an indicator used to provide information regarding air pollution levels. In this study, the LSTM-FCNN method is proposed to forecast ISPU. The LSTM method is used to capture long-term dependencies from time series data, while FCNN is used to extract features from the data. The experimental results show that the proposed method is able to provide good performance in forecasting ISPU.
