Abstract
Teknologi informasi telah menjadi bagian tak terpisahkan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan. Perusahaan berlomba menginvestasikan teknologi informasi dalam memberikan pelayanan terbaik kepada pengguna. Sebagai operator tunggal kereta api jarak jauh di Indonesia, PT. KAI mengelola pelayanan tiket KA dengan Rail Ticketing System sejak 2011. Hadirnya kemudahan ini membuat layanan pemesanan tiket milik PT. KAI maupun pihak ketiga, seperti Traveloka, berlomba menjadi pilihan bagi pengguna. Untuk menentukan strategi yang tepat dalam menciptakan persaingan yang adil, dilakukan analisis teori permainan (game theory) guna mengetahui posisi persaingan. Dalam mempersiapkan model teori permainan, dilakukan identifikasi strategi bisnis layanan pemesanan tiket KA, yaitu kemudahan penggunaan, kelengkapan fitur pendukung, pilihan metode pembayaran, promosi dan program loyalitas pelanggan, serta dukungan dari penyedia layanan. Kemudian dilakukan survei menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 161 pengguna, guna mengetahui preferensi strategi yang menjadi alasan mereka memilihnya. Hasil survei kemudian dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta diolah menjadi matriks permainan, yang terdiri atas strategi masing-masing pihak dan nilai kumulatif pengguna pada setiap strategi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, diketahui nilai permainan adalah 15,33 yang menghasilkan strategi campuran. Strategi bisnis yang tepat untuk ΚΑΙ Access adalah kemudahan penggunaan (83%) dan adanya dukungan (17%). Sedangkan strategi yang tepat bagi Traveloka adalah pilihan metode pembayaran (67%) dan adanya promosi dan program loyalitas pelanggan (33%). Berdasarkan hasil survei dan analisis teori permainan yang telah dilakukan, strategi tersebut diharapkan mampu memenuhi harapan pengguna terhadap layanan pemesanan tiket KA.

Information technology has become an inseparable part in various aspects of life. Companies are competing to invest in information technology to provide best service to their users. As the sole operator of intercity trains in Indonesia, PT. KAI has been managing railway ticket reservation services with Rail Ticketing System since 2011. The ease of various options makes railway ticket reservation services owned by PT. KAI and third parties like Traveloka are competing to acquire users. To decide suitable strategy for fair competition, game theory analysis was carried out to determine competitive position. To prepare the model, business strategies of railway ticket reservation service were identified, which were ease of use, additional features, payment method options, promotion and customer loyalty program, and support from service provider. A survey then conducted by questionnaire to 161 users, in order to find out their preferences and strategies that became their reasons for preferring it. The results were tested to see its validity and reliability, then converted into a game matrix, which consisted of each companies' strategies and cumulative values for each strategy. After analyzed, the game value was obtained 15.33, which produced mixed strategy. Two suitable strategies for ΚΑΙ Access were resulted, namely ease of use (83%) and support from service provider (17%). As for Traveloka, the strategies were payment method options (67%) and promotion and customer loyalty program (33%). Based on survey result and game theory analysis carried out, it is expected those strategies can meet users' expectations to railway ticket reservation services.
