Abstract
Konteks: Perkembangan teknologi menjadi salah satu alasan banyaknya layanan digital yang mulai bermunculan yang dapat memudahkan individu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan dan keinginan mereka.Salah satu layanan yang dapat mempermudah individu dalam memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari adalah layanan Online Grocery Shopping (OGS).Selama kondisi pandemi, penggunaan layanan OGS meningkat, hal ini juga didukung dengan adanya kebijakan pemerintah yang membatasi ruang gerak masyarakat dan kapasitas ruang publik selama pandemi.Walaupun peningkatan dalam penggunaan OGS dirasakan oleh beberapa penyedia OGS, penggunaan layanan OGS masih lebih rendah dibandingkan layanan digital lainnya.Terlepas dari hal itu, perkembangan layanan OGS terus berlangsung. Permasalahan: Perkembangan teknologi layanan OGS sangat pesat.Hal ini dapat dilihat dari semakin banyak bermunculan aplikasi maupun fitur baru yang menyediakan layanan OGS di Indonesia.Pandemi Covid-19 juga meningkatkan penggunaan layanan OGS di kalangan masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari.Namun, penggunaan layanan OGS masih lebih rendah dari penggunaan layanan self-service lainnya.Sehingga, penelitian terkait faktor faktor yang memengaruhi intensi pengguna dalam menggunakan layanan OGS perlu dilakukan.Tujuan: Penelitian Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan struktural pengaruh dari variabel-variabel yang memengaruhi intensi penggunaan aplikasi layanan Online Grocery Shopping untuk membeli bahan makanan dan kebutuhan rumah tangga di minimarket ataupun supermarket.Metode: Penelitian Tugas Akhir dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan mengadopsi variabel dari Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) dan variabel eksternal.Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara daring. Hasil: Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini yaitu persepsi kebermanfaatan dan persepsi kemudahan pengguna terhadap aplikasi OGS memiliki berpengaruh positif secara signifikan dengan intensi untuk menggunakan aplikasi OGS.Selain itu, beberapa variabel seperti norma subjektif dan kenikmatan memiliki pengaruh

Context: Technological developments are one of the reasons for the emergence of many digital services that can make it easier for individuals to meet their needs and desires. One of the services that can make it easier for individuals to meet daily needs is the Online Grocery Shopping (OGS) service. During the pandemic, the use of OGS services increased, this was also supported by government policies that limited people's movement and public space capacity during the pandemic. Although the increase in OGS use was felt by several OGS providers, the use of OGS services was still lower than other digital services. Apart from that, the development of OGS services continues. Problem: The development of OGS service technology is very rapid. This can be seen from the increasing number of new applications and features providing OGS services in Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic also increased the use of OGS services among the public to meet daily needs. However, the use of OGS services is still lower than the use of other self-service services. Therefore, research related to the factors that influence user intentions in using OGS services needs to be done. Objective: This Final Project research was conducted to identify the structural relationship of the influence of variables that affect the intention to use Online Grocery Shopping application services to buy groceries and household needs at minimarkets or supermarkets. Method: This Final Project research was conducted using the Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method by adopting variables from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and external variables. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires online. Results: The results obtained from this study are that perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use towards the OGS have a significant positive influence towards the user’s intention to use the OGS application. In addition, some external variables such as subjective norms and enjoyment have a positive and significant influence on their endogenous variables, which also means they have an indirect positive influence towards intention to use OGS to buy daily needs from minimarket or supermarket. In addition, it was also found that user intentions have an influence on user’s usage behavior in using OGS services.
