Abstract
Konstitusi merupakan hukum dasar tertulis yang menjadi landasan kehidupan bernegara. Pemahaman mengenai konstitusi penting bagi warga negara. Namun, akses untuk mempelajari konstitusi seringkali dianggap sulit dan membosankan. Chatbot merupakan salah satu teknologi yang dapat membantu interaksi antara manusia dan komputer dengan gaya bahasa yang lebih santai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem question answering (QA) pada aplikasi pesan instan yang dapat menjawab pertanyaan mengenai konstitusi Indonesia dengan menggunakan teknik natural language processing. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan framework RASA untuk memproses intent dan entity serta menggunakan dataset UUD 1945. Sistem ini diuji menggunakan metode black box testing dan user acceptance testing. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat memberikan jawaban yang akurat dan dapat diterima oleh pengguna dengan tingkat keberhasilan sebesar 90%. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sarana edukasi yang interaktif dan mudah diakses bagi masyarakat dalam mempelajari konstitusi Indonesia.

The constitution is a written basic law that serves as the foundation for the life of the nation. Understanding the constitution is important for citizens. However, access to learning the constitution is often considered difficult and boring. A chatbot is a technology that can facilitate interaction between humans and computers with a more relaxed conversational style. This research aims to develop a question answering (QA) system on an instant messaging application that can answer questions about the Indonesian constitution using natural language processing techniques. This system was developed using the RASA framework to process intents and entities, and it uses the 1945 Constitution dataset. The system was tested using black box testing and user acceptance testing methods. The test results show that the system can provide accurate answers that are acceptable to users, with a success rate of 90%. This system is expected to be an interactive and accessible educational tool for the public to learn about the Indonesian constitution.
