Abstract

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Dispendukcapil) Kota Surabaya merupakan instansi pemerintah yang memiliki peran penting dalam melayani administrasi kependudukan masyarakat. Namun, proses bisnis yang berjalan saat ini masih menemui kendala seperti waktu pelayanan yang lama dan prosedur yang belum efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan ulang proses bisnis pada Dispendukcapil Surabaya dengan pendekatan eksploratif untuk mengidentifikasi area perbaikan yang signifikan. Dengan menggunakan metodologi Business Process Design Space, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai skenario perbaikan proses untuk menghasilkan alur kerja yang lebih optimal. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi strategi perancangan ulang yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas pelayanan publik di Dispendukcapil Surabaya.

The Department of Population and Civil Registration (Dispendukcapil) of Surabaya City is a government agency that plays an important role in serving the population administration of the community. However, the current business processes still encounter obstacles such as long service times and inefficient procedures. This study aims to redesign business processes at the Surabaya Dispendukcapil using an explorative approach to identify areas for significant improvement. By using the Business Process Design Space methodology, this study analyzes various process improvement scenarios to produce a more optimal workflow. The results of this study are expected to provide recommendations for redesign strategies that can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of public services at the Surabaya Dispendukcapil.
