Abstract

Pemberian Makanan Pendamping ASI (MPASI) yang tepat sangat penting bagi tumbuh kembang bayi, terutama setelah usia enam bulan. Namun, banyak orang tua mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan menu MPASI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan gizi dan profil bayi mereka, seperti usia, alergi, dan preferensi makanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang dapat memberikan rekomendasi menu MPASI yang personal. Metode yang digunakan adalah Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). Metode TOPSIS dipilih karena kemampuannya dalam mengurutkan alternatif berdasarkan kedekatan dengan solusi ideal. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini mencakup profil bayi dan kriteria nutrisi yang dibutuhkan. Hasil dari pengembangan sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah orang tua dalam merencanakan menu MPASI yang optimal dan bergizi untuk bayi mereka.

Providing appropriate Complementary Foods for Breast Milk (MPASI) is very important for the growth and development of infants, especially after the age of six months. However, many parents have difficulty determining MPASI menus that are in accordance with the nutritional needs and profiles of their infants, such as age, allergies, and food preferences. This study aims to build a Decision Support System (DSS) that can provide personalized MPASI menu recommendations. The method used is the Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). The TOPSIS method was chosen because of its ability to rank alternatives based on their proximity to the ideal solution. The data used in this study includes infant profiles and the nutritional criteria needed. The results of the development of this system are expected to make it easier for parents to plan an optimal and nutritious MPASI menu for their infants.
