Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh e-satisfaction pada penggunaan mobile food ordering apps (MFOA) terhadap continued intention menggunakan metode Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Mobile food ordering apps ShopeeFood menjadi studi kasus dalam penelitian ini karena popularitasnya yang tinggi di Indonesia. Faktor-faktor yang diteliti meliputi performance expectancy, social influence, price value, habit, online rating, dan online tracking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor tersebut memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap e-satisfaction dan continued intention. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi bagi penyedia layanan MFOA untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan dan niat penggunaan berkelanjutan melalui peningkatan fitur dan kualitas layanan.

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-satisfaction on the use of mobile food ordering apps (MFOA) on continued intention using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The ShopeeFood mobile food ordering app is a case study in this research due to its high popularity in Indonesia. The factors investigated include performance expectancy, social influence, price value, habit, online rating, and online tracking. The results of the study show that these factors have a significant influence on e-satisfaction and continued intention. This research provides recommendations for MFOA service providers to increase customer satisfaction and intention for continued use through improvements in features and service quality.
